How to Connect

First Time Connection:

1. Pick up both earbuds, pop them back in case then close the lid to activate them.
2. Open lid1 pick up earbuds and they will auto power on. On phone, search QCY-DT10 and tap to connect. How to Switch Connection Between Two Devices Push earbuds into the case, open the lid and keep pressing the charging case button for 3s or until LEDs on the earbuds blink white. Then pick up earbuds. On-device, search QCY-DT10 and tap to connect.
   • Earbuds cannot get connected to two phones at the same time. They will auto-reconnect to the last device in the connectivity record if any.

Factory Setting

1. Push earbuds into the case, open lid, and keep pressing charging case button for 1 Os to set earbuds to factory(LEDs on earbuds blink red 5 times).
2. After factory setting, earbuds will auto pair with each other and turn connectable to phone when picked up

Charging Earbuds
LED will glow solid red when earbuds are charged and turn white for 30s when topped up.

Charging Case
LED will glow solid red when case is charged and turn solid white when topped up.

How to Wear

1. Please put on earbuds properly then adjust them to fit yourself.
2. Set the microphone towards your mouth.
3. It will cause a bad calling or listening experience to wear them in a wrong way.

LED on Case

• Battery level of case~ 20% (white)
• Battery level of case< 20% (Red)

Functions

• Power-on: Pick up earbuds or keep touching panel for 2s
• Power-off: Push earbuds into case
• Answer/end call: Double press touch panel
• Ignore call: Keep pressing touch panel for 1.5s
• Skip track forward: Triple press right touch panel
• Voice assistant: Triple press left touch panel
• Playback/pause: Double press left/right touch panel to play/pause
• I Gaming mode: Keep pressing left touch panel for 1.5s
• ANC mode: Keep pressing right touch panel for 1.5s to switch among ANC, Normal and Transparency modes

Supposing any defects caused by quality issues occur within the warranty period , please take this warranty card and purchase receipts to your distributor for free exchange service.

Free exchange service will not be accessed under the following circumstances:

1. Damages caused unauthorized disassembly.
2. Defects or physical damages caused by leaking or dropping off.
3. Damages by an act of God. Supposing your item is within any damages or defects except the above circumstances, please return to us or your distributor for free repairing

Tips

1. Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
2. The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3. If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
4. Please use the chargers made by a qualified manufacturer.
5. If earbuds fail to be found by phone, please return them connectable or restore factory settings. If a program error of the phone occurs, please turn off and on Bluetooth function or reboot the phone.

Caveats

1. Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reason to aid any damage and danger.
2. Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under 0°c or over 45°C).
3. Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
4. Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid dysfunction and increasing risk of electric shock.
5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
   Note: please do not use earbuds for a long time as may damage your hearing.
