Safety Precautions

  1. Please closely follow the rules described in this manual to ensure your safety.
  2. Before using the earbuds, we strongly recommend that you read this manual.
  3. Do not modify, repair or dismantle the earbuds or power case.
  4. Do not use any liquids to clean the products.
  5. Do not use the earbuds near water or extreme temperatures.

Charging

The battery isolator on both earbuds needs to be removed in order to be charged. Be sure to charge the devices completely before initial use.

1. Charging the earbuds

  • Magnetic contact recharging: when placed in the charging case, the earbuds will begin to charge automatically.

  • The LED light of the case will turn blue and the earbud LED will turn red when charging.
    Make sure the earbud LED turns RED to confirm charging has begun.

  • The LED lights on the case and earbuds will switch off when charging is complete.

2. Charging the power case

  • Use the Type-C cable to connect to an adapter or computer to charge the power case.
  • When charging the power case, the LED light will flash RED.
  • Once fully charged, the power case LED will turn solid RED.

3. Charging the power case wirelessly
Wireless charger is NOT included

  • Place the charging case (earbuds are placed in case, front side of charging case on top) on wireless charging pad.
  • When charging the power case LED will flash RED.
  • Once fully charged, the power case LED will turn solid RED.

Stereo earbud usage

1. Pairing: First time

  • Remove both earbuds from the case. They will begin to pair automatically.
  • You will hear a voice prompt say “Power On”. The earbuds will now both emit a sound informing you that the earbuds are paired.
  • If the pairing is successful, the main earbud will flash RED and BLUE while the secondary earbud will slowly flash BLUE.
  • Now activate Bluetooth on your mobile device. If the pairing is successful, only one “Braavos 2” pairing name will appear.

2. Search and Pairing

  • Select “Braavos 2” from your Bluetooth function.
  • When you hear “Connected”, you will be successfully connected to your Bluetooth. The earbuds are now ready to be used.
  • Previously paired earbuds connected automatically when power is switched ON.

3. Power ON
Remove your earbuds from the charging case or press and hold the multifunction button for 3 seconds.

4. Power OFF
Replace your earbuds in the charging case or press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds.

5. Calling

  • Answer/End Call:
    Press the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call and once again to end the call.

  • Reject a call:
    Press and hold the multifunction button to reject an incoming call.

6. Playing Audio

  • Press the multifunction button on the right or left earbud to play/pause your audio.
  • If you want to change the volume, you must use the connected device.
  • Double press the right ear multifunction button to go to the next track and double press the left button to go to the previous track.

7. Activate Voice Assistant:

  • Press the multifunction button for 2 seconds. You will hear a beeping sound to indicate that your Voice.
  • Assistant/Siri is activated and awaiting your commands.

Resetting your earbuds

  • If you have trouble pairing your earbuds, turn off your Bluetooth.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charged power case.
  • Now remove the earbuds and follow the instructions under “Pairing Both Earbuds”.

Single earbud usage

1. Pairing

  • Remove the earbuds from the power case. You will hear a voice prompt “Power On” and the earbud will flash RED and BLUE.

  • Open your Bluetooth options, switch on Bluetooth and select the pairing name “Braavos 2”.

  • If pairing is successful, you will hear the voice prompt
    “Connected”. The earbuds will slowly flash BLUE.

  • If you would like to sync the earbuds, simply remove the other earbud from the case. The earbuds will pair automatically.

2. Power ON/OFF

  • Power ON: Remove your earbuds from the charging case.
  • Power OFF: Replace your earbud in the charging case or press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds.

3. Once the earbud is successfully connected with your device, you can listen to audio.

4. Answer/End calls : Press the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call and once again to end the call.

5. Reject a call: Press and hold the multifunction button to reject an incoming call.

6. Music: Short press the button to pause the music or play the Music

7. Activate Voice Assistant: Press the multifunction button for 2 seconds. You will hear a beeping sound to indicate that your Voice Assistant/Siri is activated and awaiting your commands.

Mobile devices cannot connect with the earbuds if the earbuds are not in pairing mode.
If the earbuds are unable to connect to a mobile device via Bluetooth for 3+ minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Troubleshooting

Safety Precautions

WARNING– When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: Read the instructions fully before using the product.

  1. The unit will only achieve full performance after 2 or 3 completed charge and discharge cycles.
  2. Do not overcharge your case. The unit may become hot under excessive use. Remove your case once it is fully charged. Never charge your case for more than 7 hours at a time.
  3. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is required when the product is used near children.
  4. Do not expose the device to moisture.
  5. Do not use the device in excess of its output rating.
  6. Overloaded outputs above the rating may result in a risk of fire or injury.
  7. Do not use the device if damaged or modified.
  8. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
  9. Do not disassemble the device. Take the device to a qualified technician if service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or  injury.
