Always wear ear protection.
The declared values for vibration and noise, which have been measured
according to a standardized test method, can be used to compare different
tools with each other and for a preliminary assessment of exposure. The
measurement values have been determined in accordance with EN ISO 3744:1995.
WARNING!
The actual vibration and noise level when using tools may differ from the
specified maximum value, depending on how the tool is used and the material.
It is, therefore, necessary to determine which safety precautions are required
to protect the user, based on an estimate of exposure in actual operating
conditions (taking into account all stages of the work cycle, e.g. the time
when the tool is switched off and when it is idling, in addition to the start-
up time).
DESCRIPTION
Energy-saving fully automatic hydrophore pump that with its 600 W delivers an
impressive flow of 3100 I/h and is perfect for a fully automatic water supply
or circulation under constant pressure. Complete with manometer. Max water
temperature 35°C.
PUMPABLE LIQUIDS
- Processed water
- Well water
- Water from spring

- Pressure gauge
- Water inlet
- Filter casing
- Water outlet
- Power switch
- Tank
FIG. 1
USE
BEFORE USE
- Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
- It is recommended to use a pre-filter and intake system with a suction hose, inlet grille, and non-return valve to prevent the slow filling of water and damage to the pump from stones and other solid particles.
-
Remove the product from the packaging and place it on a level, stable surface. Fix in place with screws (sold separately) if necessary. FIG. 2
-
Connect the suction hose to the water inlet and the outlet hose to the water outlet. FIG. 3
-
Open the filter cover with a screwdriver (sold separately) and fill it with water until it runs over. Replace the filter cover and tighten it with a screwdriver.
NOTE:
Even minor leakage can lead to malfunction.
FIG. 4 -
Plug in the plug and start the pump.
NOTE:
The preset start pressure is 1.5 bar and the preset stop pressure is 3 bar. This is suitable for most installations. Any adjustment should be carried out by qualified personnel.
FIG. 5 -
Switch off the product and pull out the plug after use. Drain the water from the product by opening the drain on the pump. The water in the tank can also be drained as shown in the figure.
FIG. 6
MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Switch off the product and pull out the plug before maintenance and/or
cleaning.
NOTE:
The system is pressurised.
After opening the refill cap or the drain, and before releasing the connecting
hoses, open the shut-off valve on the outlet side and drain the water from the
system with a drain cock (sold separately).
REPAIRS
Any repairs and replacement of spare parts should be carried out by an
authorized service center, otherwise, there is a risk of personal injury
and/or material damage. Switch off the product and pull out the plug before
working on the product.
STORAGE
Store the product in a frost-free place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Cause | Action |
---|---|---|
The product runs, but delivers no water. | Air in the pump. | See section on |
preparations.
Air does not come out on the outlet side.| Open the tap on the outlet side.
The product does not work or suddenly stops when running.| Power supply
disconnected.| Check fuses and connections.
The overheating protection trips and switches off the product.| Pull out the
plug, allow the product to cool, and clear the intake system. Prevent dry
running.
The motor starts again immediately after switching off.| The pressure in the
system drops quickly.| Check all the connections and seals, and check the
water outlet. Even very minor leakage has an adverse effect.
Air pressure too low in the storage tank.| Adjust the air pressure in the
storage tank to 2.0 bar.
The non-return valve does not close properly.| Check the non-return valve on
the suction side.
The diaphragm in the pressure tank is damaged.| Replace the diaphragm.
The transported amount of water is too little.| The inlet filter is dirty, or
the non-return valve does not close properly.| Clean the inlet filter or non-
return valve.
The transported amount of water depends on the total lifting height and the
arrangement of the lines.| Do not exceed the maximum permitted lifting height
as per section on technical data. Use lines with another diameter and/ or
length.
The pre filter is dirty.| Remove the filter and clean under running water.
Vibrating noise when water is taken out.| The diaphragm in the pressure tank
vibrates.| Noise can be reduced by reducing the air pressure in the storage
tank.
Care for the environment!
Recycle discarded product in
accordance with local regulations.
