Introduction

The Parker Spa™ Trolley neatly houses a professional Silhouet-Tone® steamer and a versatile Daylight Lamps® full-spectrum mag lamp in the confines of its compact roll-top trolley. Practical features include a tempered glass work surface, soft close drawers, surge-protected power strip, and soft rolling casters.
The Parker Spa™ Trolley is for professional use only, and should only be operated by a trained and certified professional possessing knowledge of skin physiology.
This manual, along with provided Instruction Manual for Silhouet-Tone® steamer, should be read in its entirety by each professional who will be operating the product to ensure the safety of both operator and client. Both manuals should be saved for future reference.

Please read, understand, and follow all safety warnings, labels, and instructions contained in both manuals. Misuse, use of unnecessary force, or using the steamer for unintended or unauthorized procedures can result in injury to operator, client, and/or equipment.

SAFETY INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: The important safety instructions and warnings in this manual cannot cover all possible problems and conditions that can occur. Use common sense and caution when installing, operating, or maintaining this appliance.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – FOR COMMERCIAL USE ONLY Read all instructions before using this product.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, FIRE, AND EXPLOSION

Do not store or use flammable or explosive vapors and liquids inside or in the vicinity of this or any other appliance. Keep items that could explode, such as aerosol cans, away from the warming drawer. Do not store flammable or explosive materials in adjacent cabinets or areas.
Always unplug the hot towel cabinet from the electrical outlet before cleaning.

WARNING:

NEVER use this hot towel cabinet as a space heater to heat or warm a room.
DO NOT use water on a grease or electrical fire – smother fire or flame or use dry chemical or foam-type extinguisher.

POWER SUPPLY (North America): 110V AC grounded
POWER SUPPLY (International Versions): 220V AC grounded

Electrical limitations: Do not use an extension cord with this product – plug directly into grounded outlet. This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with
a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding connector can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

NORTH AMERICA ONLY

This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch (A). Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.

INTERNATIONAL VERSIONS ONLY
This product is for use on a nominal 220V-240V circuit and has a grounding plug (plug type varies by country). Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.

GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

WARNING: To reduce risk of fire, electric shock, serious injury, or death when using this appliance, follow basic precautions, including:

  •  Read this manual along with steamer instructions completely before operating this appliance.
  •  Prior to each use ,inspect all cables and attachments for any damage, excessive wear, or abnormalities that could affect the device performance or safety.
  •  Avoid spilling liquids on the steamer.
  •  Keep power cords away from any heat source.
  •  Do not use any adaptors or extension cords with this device.
  •  Do not overload wall outlets; this may increase the risk of fire or electric shock.
  •  Close supervision is necessary when the furnishing is used by, or near children, invalids or disabled persons. DO NOT leave children alone or allow them to operate.
  •  To avoid injury, exercise care when using steamer.
  •  Keep all equipment and body parts away from steamer while adjusting.
  •  Use of steamer should be pleasant and comfortable. Should you or your client experience any pain or discomfort while using the steamer, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
  •  Do not install operate a product that is damaged, has a damaged power cord or plug, or is malfunctioning in any way.
  •  Use of accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries.
  •  Ensure the power cord does not create a tripping hazard.
  • Never immerse the power cord or plug in water or other liquid.
  •  Do not use abrasive scrubbers or abrasive/caustic cleaners or detergents. They may perma-nently damage the finishes. Do not use aerosol cleaners, because they may be flammable or cause corrosion of metal parts.
  •  Do not open additional drawers while top drawer with steamer is extended. To do so may cause tipping, damage or injury.
  •  Never allow anyone, including children, to sit, stand or climb on any part of the trolley, including drawers when open. To do so may cause tipping, damage, serious injury or death.
  •  Top drawer cover is not a tray or shelf, do not place any objects on it as doing so may cause damage when closed or create excess weight that may cause tipping.
  •  Do not use steamer handle, lamp arm to move or position trolley. To do so may cause tipping, damage or serious injury.
  •  Remove steamer arm from steamer before closing top drawer.
  •  Only use steamer handle to lower steamer into top drawer. Do not press down on steamer.
  •  Steamer must be fully lowered into top drawer before closing drawer. Failure to do so may cause damage to steamer or trolley.
  •  Do not store steamer arm on or inside top drawer. If items are in top drawer when closing, it may cause damage to item, steamer or trolley.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Unpack the trolley cabinet and locate the 4 included casters.
  2. Lay the cabinet on its back and press the casters into the receivers on the bott om of the cabinet.
  3.  Set the cabinet upright on the wheels.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Cleaning & Ongoing Maintenance

Always unplug this furnishing from the electrical outlet before cleaning.

CAUTION
DO NOT USE acetone, “Armor All” type cleaners, citrus-based cleaners, or industrial cleaners. These can seriously damage the appliance. Such damage would not be covered under warranty.

Electronics/ Control Panel

| Anti-static electronic aerosol dusters can be used to keep the surfaces of elec- tronic components, power cables, and plugs free of dust. Exercise caution to avoid introduction of liquids onto any buttons. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers. They may permanently damage the finish or damage the letters and/or graphics.

Cabinet Exterior

Clean the drawer face/handle with a solution of mild detergent and hot water. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Cabinet Interior

| Clean the cabinet interior with a solution of mild detergent and hot water. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use any flammable cleaners inside the cabinet.

Steamer

Troubleshooting

This helpful troubleshooting guide will provide you with information about how to recognize a problem with the hot towel cabinet, determine possible causes, and find a solution.
In the event your specific situation is not covered in this guide, please contact Earthlite so our technical support department can assist you. Beyond the troubleshooting guide below, do not attempt to repair the hot towel cabinet yourself. This can void your warranty.

Problem Solution

Nothing works

| 1.  Plug into a grounded and dedicated electrical outlet.

2.  Check lamp and steamer are plugged into the power strip located inside the rear storage compartment (where steamer arm and Mag Lamp are stored).

Warranty Information
Living Earth Crafts (LEC) offers an industry best warranty against defects in materials, design, and workmanship, to the original owner, as follows:

  •  Frame – limited lifetime warranty*
  • Foam and upholstery covering – warranted for three (3) years
  • Motors, controls, electronics – warranted for two (2) years, including parts and labor
  •  Accessories and options – warranted for one (1) year, unless otherwise noted

LEC may repair or replace defective components at our discretion. LEC will return the warranted product, standard shipping pre-paid, to customers in the continental US. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes, as well as all shipping charges inbound and outbound. Normal wear and tear, and costs associated with maintenance procedures, and damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, harsh operating environments or neglect (which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners) are not covered under this warranty. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, at LEC’s discretion, unless otherwise stated.
*Lifetime warranty applies to the original owner, as long as you own your table for 5 years after the model is discontinued, or 5 years for private label tables.
