  • This product is for domestic indoor use only. If this product is used for any commercial, industrial, rental or other purposes, product warranty will be VOIDED.
  • This product is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of this product by an adult responsible for their safety.
  • Mind your children and DO NOT let children play with this product.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Check the voltage indicated on the rating label before using this product.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.
  • Unplug this product from the power source before cleaning and maintenance.
  • Contact German Pool authorized service technician for repair or maintenance of this product.

  6. When using, if you find electrical leakage or excessive motor temperature and abnormal sound, such as fuselage overheating, abnormal sound, odor, weak suction, etc., you should immediately stop using and contact German Pool Customer Service & Repair Centre.
  7. When charging, please use our special charger for you to charge; other types of chargers can cause battery failure or extreme thermal effects.
  8. If you DO NOT use this product for a long time, turn off the power and unplug the charging socket.
  9. After the use of this product, please clean the dirty water tank in time to keep the ventilation path clear, to avoid blocking caused by suction decline, motor heating, thus affecting the service life of this product.
  10. After using this product, please store in a dry place. Wet place will affect the electrical insulation and service life.
  11. The body and brush of this product are electrified and cannot be soaked in water or rinsed.
  12. Please check the unblocked condition of the suction nozzle regularly. If there is blockage, please remove it in time to avoid the decrease of suction caused by blockage and affect the performance of  this product.
  13. Make sure to turn off this product before replacing the roller brush.
  14. When this product fails, DO NOT repair it by yourself, please contact German Pool Customer Service & Repair Centre for help.

About The Scope Of Use Of This Product

  1. This product is suitable for hard floor in indoor environment, including waxed floor, stone ground floor, rubber floor, marble floor, granite floor, terrazzo floor, solid wood floor, composite floor, bamboo floor and all kinds of mirror tiles, porcelain tiles and other flat surface. If this product is used on uneven surfaces, it may not achieve the best results.
  2. DO NOT use this product near or on flammable or explosive objects, where there is a risk of fire and explosion.
  3.  DO NOT use this product near working fireplaces and heaters to prevent deformation of the machine shell.
  4. DO NOT suck high-temperature substances (unextinguished cigarette butts, matches, hot ash, etc.), ultrafine substances (such as lime, cement, wood chips, gypsum powder, ash, charcoal powder, etc.), dangerous substances (such as solvents, scale removers, etc.), chemical substances (such as acidic substances, cleaning agents, etc.), and other substances with uncertain physical properties.
  5. DO NOT use this product to absorb detergent, kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, paint, perfume, etc., these liquids may cause short circuit, fire or explosion of the machine.
  6. DO NOT use this product to absorb the toner and toner used inside the laser printer and copier. These objects may cause fire or explosion.
  7. DO NOT use this product to absorb sharp objects, such as glass fragments, small toys, pins, paper clips, stones, plaster, large pieces of paper, etc., these objects may cause blockage and damage the machine.
  8. DO NOT use this product to absorb any burning or smoking objects, such as soot from an unextinguished heat source, burning cigarette butts or matches.
  9.  Similar to shoe polish, paint, pigment and other strong grease, strong viscosity or strong staining stains, not within the scope of use of this product.

About Cleaning Solutions

  1. If a large amount of cleaning solution is added, it will generate more foam when used, which may penetrate into the motor and cause danger.
  2. Follow the cleaning solution’s instructions for use and dilute the cleaning solution accordingly. It is recommended to use cleaning agents produced by our company or approved manufacturers, which should not contain acids, alkaline solutions, or substances harmful to the environment.
  3. Cleaning solutions should be stored out of reach of children. If cleaning solution accidentally comes into contact with the eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with clean water. In case of ingestion, immediate medical attention is required. When handling wastewater and cleaning solutions, it is necessary to comply with local environmental regulations.

About The Machine

  1. DO NOT disassemble the closed machine by yourself, there are no parts in the machine that customers can repair by themselves, and DO NOT try to change the performance of the machine, otherwise it will lead to danger.
  2. The use of a voltage that does not correspond to the specifications of this product will cause damage to the motor and is more likely to cause injury to the user.
  3. The correct rated voltage is indicated on the rating label.
  4. When cleaning stairs, take extra care to prevent falls.
  5. DO NOT shake this product up and down or crash violently to prevent sewage from flowing into the motor.
  6. When the motor is working, please DO NOT lift or carry this product up and down, and DO NOT tilt this product to one side or lay it flat to prevent sewage from entering the motor.
  7. In order to prevent tripping, this product should be placed against the wall after use.
  8. If the clean water tank and dirty water tank are not properly installed, DO NOT use them.
  9. DO NOT place any small objects in the outlet, DO NOT block the outlet, take away all small objects that may hinder the smooth airflow of the outlet, and prevent the machine from overheating.
  10. DO NOT rain or wet the fuselage, otherwise there may be fire and electric shock accidents due to short circuit of the machine.

Product Structure

Operation Instructions

Attaching/Detaching The Handle

  • Attaching the handle: (Diagram 1) Align the end of the handle with the slot on the main body, insert it vertically downwards until you hear a click and the handle is locked in place.
  • Detaching the handle: (Diagram 2) Push a small hard object into the release hole, and pull the handle vertically upwards.

Installing The Charging Stand

Align the charging stand with the square slot on the docking station and insert it vertically downwards (Diagram 3), press down until it is firmly in place (Diagram 4).

Attaching/Detaching The Dirty Water Tank

  • Detaching the dirty water tank: (Diagram 5) Hold the handle of the dirty water tank, press the release button and gently pull out the tank.
  •  Attaching the dirty water tank: (Diagram 6) Align the bottom of the dirty water tank with the slot on the main body, push in the water tank until you hear a click and the tank is locked in place.
  • Attaching/Detaching The Clean Water Tank
  • Detaching the clean water tank: (Diagram 7) Hold the handle of the clean water tank, press the release button and gently pull out the tank.
  • Attaching the clean water tank: (Diagram 8) Align the bottom of the clean water tank with the slot on the main body, gently push in the water tank until you hear a click and the tank is locked in place.

Installing Front/Rear Roller Brushes

  • Note :
    DO NOT mix up the front and rear roller brushes when installing. Incorrect placement will cause product damage and possible danger.

Charging The Product

Note:
Make sure to fully charge the product before using it for the first time.

  1. Connect the charging stand to the power source (power port is located on the back of the charging stand).
  2. Place the product on the docking station, make sure the charging port on the back of the product is fitted onto the charging port on the charging stand.
  3. During charging, the LED display on the product will show the current battery charge. German Pool logo on the LED display will pulsate as a breathing light.
  4. Five minutes after the product is fully charged, the LED display will go dark.

Note:

  •  When battery charging is not required, user can disconnect and store away the power adaptor and cable. During charging, please stand the product upright against the wall to prevent tripping over it.
  • It is recommended to at least recharge the product for 3 hours every 3 months (it is not necessary to fully charge it).
  • DO NOT charge this product for an extended period. If the battery is already fully charged and the charging process continues, it must be immediately stopped. Failure to do so may result in battery overheating, deformation or extreme thermal effects, posing potential hazards.

Precautions Before Use

  1. Before use, check the battery status of the product. If the battery is low, please charge it in time, and use the product after it is fully charged.
  2. This product has a vertical lock. When the product is at a straight angle (vertical) to the floor, it cannot be turned on. Tilt it at an angle to use it, but DO NOT tilt it over 145° to avoid water spillage.
  3. After using the product, it is recommended to stand it back upright and place it on the docking station.

LED Display

How To Use

  1. Lift the product off the docking station, position product at a slanted angle, put your foot gently on the roller brush cover, and gently push it down until both roller brushes touch the floor.
    Note :

    • This product has a vertical lock. When the product is at a straight angle (vertical) to the floor, the product cannot be turned on, and LED display goes dark. Please follow step 1 above and position the product at a slanted angle before turning on the product.
    • DO NOT tilt the product over 145° to avoid water spillage.
  2. Press On/Off button to turn on the product, German Pool logo, Battery Percentage display, Battery Indicator Light, Auto Mode Indicator Light, and Status Bar on the LED display panel will light up.

  3. When product is turned on, it will run in Auto Mode by default; user can

  4. press Mode Button to cycle among Auto Mode, Mop Mode, Vacuum Mode and Sterilization Mode, the corresponding indicator light will light up, and Status Bar will display the following according to the mode selected:

Auto Mode Status Bar is half-lit
Mop Mode Status Bar is fully lit
Vacuum Mode Status Bar goes dark
Sterilization Mode Status Bar displays the generation progress of the

electrolyte solution, display panel shows 30-second countdown. When countdown is completed, product will run in Auto Mode by default. User can change to other desired modes.

After using the product, press On/Off Button to turn off the product, return the product to its vertical position and place it back on the docking station.
Note:

  • When the dirty water tank is full, the Dirty Water Tank Full Indicator Light will blink, the product will emit a voice prompt and stop operating.
  • When the clean water tank is empty, the Clean Water Tank Empty Indicator Light will blink, the product will emit a voice prompt but continue to operate.
  • When battery reserve is 10% or less, the Battery Indicator Light will blink; when battery reserve is higher than 10%, the Battery Indicator Light will light up constantly.
  • When the roller brush is blocked, LED display will show “LG”, the product will emit a voice prompt and stop operating.

Note:
For deep cleansing, user can add no-rinse sudless neutral floor cleanser into the water tank (cleanser to water ratio: 1:99).

Self-Cleaning Mode

  1. Place the product on the docking station, press Self-Cleaning Button  , Self-Cleaning Indicator Light lights up constant.

  2. Roller brushes will automatically spin to clean themselves, and will stop spinning when cleaning is completed; anytime during Self-Cleaning Mode, user can press Self-Cleaning Button    to exit Self-
    Cleaning Mode.

  3. After self-cleaning is completed, Roller Brush Drying function will automatically start, and the product will also automatically start recharging.

  4.  When roller brushes are dried and charging is completed, the product will automatically enter standby state and the LED display will go dark.

Note:
To use Self-Cleaning Mode, the battery reserve must not be lower than 20%.

Voice Prompt Function

  1. 1. This product is equipped with Voice Prompt function to remind user of the product’s working status.
    2. The Voice Prompt function is activated by factory default. To deactivate Voice Prompt function, press Voice Prompt Button located on the back of the product (above the Clean Water Tank).
    3. To reactivate Voice Prompt function, press Voice Prompt Button again.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Cleaning The Main Unit

  1. Before cleaning, make sure to press On/Off Button to turn off the product and take if off the docking station.
  2. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth moistened with water or neutral detergent, remember to wring out the cloth before wiping. DO NOT allow water to enter the electronic parts of the product.

Note:

  • To ensure optimal performance of this product, it is recommended to perform regular maintenance on its components.
  • After cleaning, it is recommended to place the product in its vertical position back onto the docking station, and keep it in a dry and well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight.

Cleaning The Dirty Water Tank

  1. When the dirty water tank is full, the Dirty Water Tank Indicator Light will blink, the product will emit a voice prompt and stop operating.
  2. Scrub off any debris stuck on the inside of the dirty water tank with the included brush.
  3. After cleaning, close the dirty water tank lid and reinstall it onto the product. When you hear a click, it means it is properly in place.

Cleaning The Dirty Water Tank Lid

  1. Promptly clean off any debris clogging the dirty water tank.
  2. Take off the dirty water tank lid and rinse it with water.
  3. After cleaning, reinstall the lid onto the dirty water tank.

Cleaning The Filter

  1. It is recommended to clean the filter and let it air-dry completely every time after using the product.
  2. Take the filter out from the dirty water tank lid.
  3. Rinse it with water and let it air-dry completely, then reinstall onto the dirty water tank lid.

Cleaning The Roller Brush Slots

  1. It is recommended to clean the roller brushes and roller brush slots regularly to maintain cleanliness.
  2. Press the Roller Brush Side Cover Release Button and remove the Roller Brush Side Cover (Diagram 1).
  3. Pull out the front and rear roller brushes (Diagram 2).
  4. Wipe the slots with a soft cloth moistened with water or neutral detergent, remember to wring out the cloth before wiping. DO NOT allow water to enter the electronic parts of the product.

Cleaning The Roller Brushes

  1. It is recommended to regularly remove the roller brushes for deep cleansing to maintain cleanliness.
  2. Take out the roller brushes, and use the included brush to brush off any tangled hair and debris.
  3. Rinse the roller brushes with water.
  4. After cleaning, reinstall the roller brushes onto the product, and place product on the docking station, activate Self-Cleaning Function to spin dry the roller brushes.
  5. After Self-Cleaning function is completed, the product will activate Roller Brush Drying Function to completely dry off the roller brushes.

Note:
If there is any debris stuck on the mouth of the air-inlet, please wipe it off with a moist cloth. DO NOT rinse the air inlet mouth with water.

Disposal Of The Battery

Note:

  • The battery installed in this product contains environmentally harmful materials. Before disposing of this product, the battery must be removed.
  • Turn off the product before removing the battery.
  • Disposed batteries must be handled safely. Do NOT dispose battery into fire, water, or soil.
  • If leaked battery fluid comes into contact with the skin or clothing, rinse immediately with water to prevent skin irritation, and seek medical attention promptly.
  • Only professional technicians are allowed to dismantle the battery.
  • Proper tools are necessary for removing the battery. First, remove the bottom cover screws, then open the product’s bottom cover, disconnect the battery terminals, and remove the battery from the battery compartment.
  1.  Unplug the product from the power mains. Pull out the charging stand. Dismantle the product casing.
  2. Remove the power connection from the battery, then take out the battery.
  3. Take the battery to your municipal recycling centre. User must follow local environmental protection laws and waste disposal guidelines.
