Problem-solving
Heating/air conditioning does not switch ons:
- Check that your thermostatic plug is properly plugged in and switched on.
- Check that the heating/air-conditioning is switched on. The socket does not appear on the interface of the application:
- Make sure that the Wi-H and Internet connection is functional and that the network is within range of the socket.
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi is on a 2.4GHz band (does not work in 5GHz). During configuration, your smartphone must be on the same Wi-Fi network as the socket.
- The socket can only be added to an account. The same DiO One account can be used by all members of the same household.
