Product Usage Instructions:

Installing Baridi Baridi App:

For iPhone users:

  1. Go to App Store
  2. Search for BaridiBaridi Application
  3. Tap install to install the Application

For Android users:

  1. Go to PlayStore
  2. Search for BaridiBaridi Application
  3. Tap install to install the application

Logging in to Baridi Baridi App:

Make sure Wi-Fi and mobile data are turned ON.

  1. Fill in your sign-in details
  2. Tap sign in to access the Baridi Baridi App
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions

Logging out of Baridi Baridi App:

Note: The application is currently available on
Google Playstore only.

  1. Click on My profile button/Profile picture
  2. Press Sign Out button to log out

How can I pay for AC packages?

You can make push payments for subscription using the Dashboard
icon. Select a money vendor (Mpesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), enter
the payment number, amount, and follow carrier instructions.

What is my reference number & Baridi business number?

Reference number: The number used by customers
when making subscription payments. Each customer has a unique
reference number.

This indicates that customer has entered incorrect username or password
BB-01
This typically indicates that a user account could not be found in the system. This error is often used to signify that the user username or password provided does not match any existing records in the database.
BB-02
This indicate that customer not paid basic fee or monthly fee.
BB-03
Failure to generate another token and extend new refresh token.
BB-04
Every customer has a token which identifies his details or credentials
BB-05
Occur when OTP code SMS is failed to be sent to customer
BB-06
Customers enter incorrect OTP codes
BB-07
OTP is no longer valid because the time limit for its usage has passed

BB-08
Customer has not entered the log in credentials or log in page is empty
BB-09
Error indicating that the input provided for a specific field in a data entry process does not meet the required criteria set by the system

Error shows an attempt to perform an action was denied due to lack of proper authorization.

Typically indicates that an unexpected or unclassified error has occurred within a system or application.

This means all data in the application works successfully

This shows that any request that is sent through a certain route is not successfully delivered.any existing records in the database.

This indicates that there is network problem in the application

This indicates there is not enough storage to save data in the phone
ap4
This indicates that the specific credentials are not entered in the specific field and request is sent with empty fields.

This indicates that the OTP is not sent or takes a long time to be sent.

This indicate that the system fails to verify the identity of a user

This indicates that the business type is not recognized by the system usage has passed
