DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
  • Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing materials. There is a suffocation risk.
  • This product may be used by children 8 years and up as well as by persons with physical, sensory or mental impairments or lacking experience and knowledge, when supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and understanding the associated risks.
  • Children must not play with the device.
  • Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
  • Place the soundpods back inside the charging case when not in use and keep them away from children and pets to prevent a choking hazard.
DANGER OF ACCIDENTS DUE TO IMPAIRED PERCEPTION

Surrounding noises may sound different than usual. Never use the headphones during activ-ities when you must be attentively aware of your surroundings, particularly when operating machinery or vehicles in traffic (this also applies to bicycles). You must also comply with the legal provisions and regulations of the country in which you are using the device.

CAUTION! To prevent possible permanent hearing damage, do not listen at high volume for long periods of time.

REDUCE THE RISK OF HEARING DAMAGE BY FOLLOWING THESE SAFETY GUIDELINES:

  • Set the volume to its lowest level before putting on the soundpods.
  • Put the soundpods on and slowly adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
  • Keep the volume at the lowest possible level and avoid using the soundpods in noisy envi-ronments where you may be tempted to increase the volume.
  • If you need to increase the volume, do it gradually.
  • Ringing or buzzing in your ears (tinnitus) may indicate the sound level is too high. Should you experience any discomfort, refrain from using the soundpods and consult a physician.
  • With continued use at high volume, you may become accustomed to the sound level, which may result in permanent damage to your hearing without any noticeable discomfort.
  • Never use the soundpods in situations that require your full attention, such as when driving or operating machinery. When outside, use the soundpods with extreme caution, especially when in traffic and in situations that require a certain amount of self-awareness.

DANGER! Risk of electric shock
Check the device for visible external damage before use. Do not operate a device that has been damaged or dropped.
Don’t attempt to replace the batteries of the soundpods or the charging case yourself. You may damage the batteries, which can lead to overheating and injury.
Do not immerse the soundpods or the charging case in water or expose them to humidity for a long period of time.
Do not use the product during thunderstorms to avoid malfunction or electric shock.

DANGER! This symbol highlights dangerous situations that can lead to minor to moderate injuries, damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the device.

To prevent harm or damage from happening to users or others, make sure to comply with the following requirements.

CAUTION! Risk of material damage

  • Handle the soundpods and charging case with care. They contain sensitive electronic com-ponents, including batteries, and can be damaged or cause injury if dropped, punctured, burned, crushed, disassembled, or exposed to excessive heat, liquids, or environments with high concentrations of industrial chemicals, including evaporating liquified gases such as helium.
  • Do not use the soundpods or the charging case if they are damaged.
  • Do not leave the soundpods unattended while charging.
  • Make sure to charge the device in a well-ventilated area and to always place it on non-flam-
  • Use only the supplied accessories and do not attempt to modify, assemble or disassemble the product in any way. Doing so will void the warranty.
  • Do not allow children or pets to play with the device. It is not a toy and contains small parts that may present a choking hazard.
  • Do not use or charge the device during a thunderstorm.
  • Do not use abrasive detergents or chemical products to clean the sound pods.
  • Protect the product from dirt, moisture, and overheating, and use it only in dry environments.
  • Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures (above 40°C/104°F).
  • Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shock. Press the device buttons carefully.

Maintenance and cleaning

Cleaning:
Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning!

EARBUDS
Wipe only with a dry, soft cotton swab or similar. Never insert anything into the nozzle.

CHARGING CASE
Wipe only with a dry, soft cotton swab or similar.

EARTIPS
Remove the ear tips and wash them with mild detergent and water. Thoroughly dry them before reattaching them to your earbuds.
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the product. They can damage it!
Protect the device from water drops and water spray. Use only a clean, dry cloth for cleaning the device and never use any corrosive liquids. Use a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove any stubborn dirt.
Make sure moisture does not enter the product while cleaning to prevent damage to the product and related repairs.

Storage:

  • When no longer using the device, store it in a dry environment, protected from dust and direct sunlight.
  • If the device is not going to be used for a long period of time, you should recharge it on a regular basis. This helps maintain battery performance.
  • Store your earbuds inside the original case provided.
  • Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratches.

INSTRUCTIONS How to use

WEARING YOUR SOUNDPODS:

Select the ear tip that suits you best for a comfortable fit and optimal noise cancellation.

CHARGING:

We highly recommend fully charging the soundpods before using them for the first time. Place the soundpods inside the charging case.
Close the case and connect it to any USB charging port using the cable provided.

POWER ON AND OFF:

AUTO POWER ON
The sound pods will switch on automatically as soon as you take them out of the charging case.
AUTO POWER OFF
The sound pods will switch off automatically when placed back inside the charging case.

PAIRING

NOTE: The left and right sound pods are paired by default.

PAIRING WITH A SMARTPHONE:

  • As soon as you take them out of the charging case, the sound pods will switch on automatically and the right sounded (main) will search for a BT connection. The LED indicator light will flash red/green automatically.
  • Switch on BT on your smartphone and wait until “Prozis Vibe Evolution” appears in the list of BT devices found.
  • Select “Prozis Vibe Evolution” and wait until the sound pads are listed as connected in the BT settings of your smartphone.

If the BT pairing fails, you can manually pair them as instructed below without clearing your pairing history. Place both sound pods back inside the charging case with the lid open.
Press and hold the Reset Button for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flickers 3 times.

Clearing the paired device list stored in the soundpods:

  • Take both soundpods out of the charging case and then place them back inside the case. A red LED indicator light will switch on.
  • Press and hold down both soundpod multifunction buttons for 10 seconds. The red LED indicator light will flicker 3 times.
  • The soundpods will clear the paired device list stored.

ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING FUNCTION

While in Binaural mode, ANC mode is automatically switched on. You can tap and hold the multifunction button on the left soundpod to switch ANC mode on/off. You can tap twice to activate ambient mode.
While using them in Mono mode, they will enter ambient mode automatically. ANC mode is not available while in Mono mode.

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS

If your sound pads are not working properly, follow the steps below:

  1. Take the sound pods out of the charging case.
  2. Press and hold the multifunction button on both soundpods for 20 seconds.
  3. Once factory settings have been restored, your soundpods will switch on and the LED lights will flicker.

RESETTING YOUR SOUNDPODS

Reset the soundpods if they fail to connect to your device properly.

  1. Remove “Prozis Vibe Evolution” from the BT device list.
  2. Place the soundpods back inside the charging case and keep the cover open.
  3. Press and hold the Reset Button for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the soundpods and the case flash white three times.
  4. Pair them with your device again as instructed.

NOTE: To pair them with another BT device, deactivate the BT function on the currently paired device or remove “Prozis Vibe Evolution” from its BT list.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
No sound. The earbuds or/and software volume is set to minimum. Follow the

instructions to adjust the volume.
Earbuds work with my smartphone but not with my computer.| Your computer’s BT drivers are not

updated.

| The earbuds need to be supported by the BT adapter in your computer. To ensure the BT adapter for your computer is working correctly, update the drivers to the latest version. In addition, you may need to check that your computer’s

BT adapter supports A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), HSP (Headset Profile), and/or AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile).

Cannot find the earbuds in

the BT list.

| Bad BT connection.| Deactivate the BT function of the previously paired device or remove the earbuds from the BT list and connect them again.
The distance between the earbuds and the media source is too large.| Place the device to be connected closer to the earbuds.
Cannot connect with a device.| The distance between the earbuds and the media source is too large or there are secondary BT disturbances.| Place the earbuds and your device closer to each other. Move both devices away from other BT devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and other electronic devices.
The media source’s BT function is disabled.| Make sure the BT function is active before pairing.
Bad BT connection.| Remove the earbuds from the BT list and connect again.
Reset the earbuds and pair again (see “Resetting

Your Earbuds”).

Intermittent BT connection.| The distance between the earbuds and the media source is too large.| Move the device closer to the earbuds.
Disturbed BT connection.| Remove the earbuds from the BT list and connect again.
Secondary BT disturbance.| Switch off other BT devices to decrease the interference.
Cannot use a single earbud.| You have paired the wrong earbud.| Make sure both earbuds are paired with your device first. Then, follow the steps to pair a single (left or right) earbud with your device.

EARBUD PROBLEMS

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Earbuds do not switch on. Battery drained. Battery low, charge it by placing

both earbuds inside the charging case.
Earbud charging failed.| The battery of the charging case is drained.| Place both earbuds inside the charging case properly until they magnetically snap into place. Make sure the charging case is fully charged.
Earbuds do not respond to touch control.| You are touching the wrong surface.| Make sure you are touching the correct touch control surface.
The earbuds don’t fit.| Make sure you are wearing them properly.
Wet fingers| Make sure your fingers are dry.
Function anomalies| Reset the earbuds and pair them again (see

“Resetting Your Earbuds”).

SOUND HELP

No sound coming from one of the earbuds. The distance between earbuds is too
large. Make sure the earbuds are within range of each other.
In-Ear detection sensor blocked. Make sure the In-Ear detection sensor is not

blocked.
Function anomalies.| Place both earbuds back inside the charging case, and then take them out again.
Poor sound quality.| The earbud nozzles are dirty.| Clear any debris from the earbud nozzles.
The distance between the earbuds and the media source is too large| Move both devices closer to each other or remove any obstacles between them.
Secondary media source problems.| Try a different media source.
The microphone does not pick up sound.| Blocked microphone.| Make sure the microphone is not blocked or covered.
Muted microphone.| Make sure the microphone is not muted on your phone.
BT connection issue.| Remove the earbuds from the BT list and connect them again.
Cannot hear the caller while on a phone call.| The smartphone volume is set to Minimum or muted.| Set the volume to a higher level.
Cannot hear my own voice while on a phone call.| Blocked microphone.| Make sure the microphone is not blocked or covered.

Warranty statement

All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com are cov-ered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-profession-al purposes.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a 3-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective deliv-ery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 3-year period is suspended during repair time.

CONSUMABLES
gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or production.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model name.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.

EXCLUSIONS

The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
  2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of superficial damage that only affect the prod-uct’s appearance.
  3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
  4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
  5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
  6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
  7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
  8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
  9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
  10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.

The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modified in any way.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.
