Legal compliance statement
**** By means of this document, PROZIS declares that the Smart Dots are fully compliant with all the standards specified in the applicable legislation as well as other relevant clauses.

To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous
substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such
devices are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a
crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic
equipment along with unsorted household waste. Dispose of it separately and
properly instead.
The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately
for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made
from non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycling bins.
The recycling code is used to identify various materials for recycling. The
code consists of the recycling symbol – which is meant to reflect the
recycling – and a number which identifies the material.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are

Make sure to familiarize yourself with the product before preparing it for use
and using it for the first time. To do so, please carefully read the following
instructions for use and the important safety notes. Use the product only as
described and for its intended purposes.
Keep these instructions in a safe place. Make sure to include all
documentation when passing the product on to others.
INTENDED USE
This product is suitable for cognitive training combined with physical
training. It will help you improve your agility, speed, reaction time,
stability, stamina, and strength. This product is intended for personal use
only. Do not use it for medical or commercial purposes.
DANGER! This symbol, when combined with the note Danger, means high risk.
Failure to observe this warning may lead to injury to life and limb.
DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
- This product may be used by children 8 years and up as well as by persons with physical, sensory or mental impairments or lacking experience and knowledge, when supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and understanding the associated risks.
- Children must not play with the device.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
- This product is not a toy.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children.
- Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing materials. There is a suffocation risk.
DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
- Never operate this appliance and its charger near a bathtub, a shower, a liquid-filled hand basin, or similar.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
- Never touch the appliance with wet hands.
- Make sure the charging cable cannot be damaged by sharp edges or hot points. Do not wrap the charging cable around the appliance.
- Never make any modifications to the product yourself. Never make any modifications to the product. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be carried out by qualified personnel only.
- Do not attempt to connect the device to an outdoor outlet. Use only indoor AC/DC adapters to charge the device.
- Do not attempt to charge more than 4 Dots at a time using a single Dot charger.
DANGER! BUILT-IN BATTERY
- The product is powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
- There is a risk of explosion if batteries are not handled properly.
- The batteries are not designed to be replaced.
- When using the device, do not expose it to temperatures over 40ºC.
- Damage to the battery could cause an explosion and/or fire.
- Do not dismantle, open, or shred the battery.
- Do not expose the battery to heat or fire. Store the device away from direct sunlight.
- Do not short-circuit the battery.
DANGER! RISK OF INJURY
- Only use this product for its intended purpose. Misuse may lead to injury. Use this product according to these instructions only. Do not attempt to modify the product in any way.
- Do not use the device if there is visible damage to it or to the charging cable.
- Always consult your physician before beginning your workout program. Make sure you are physically fit to use it.
- Always remember to warm up before exercising and train according to your current fitness level. Overexertion and overtraining may lead to serious injuries. If you find yourself experiencing any discomfort, pain, weakness, or fatigue, stop training immediately and contact a physician.
- Safe training requires ample room. Perform the exercises away from objects and other people to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Pregnant women should only use the equipment after consulting their physician.
- Always use the product on flat, nonslip surfaces.
- Do not use the equipment near stairs or steps.
DANGER TO AND FROM PETS AND LIVESTOCK
Electrical devices can represent hazard to pets and livestock. In addition,
animals can also cause damage to the device. For this reason, you should keep
animals away from electrical devices at all times.
CAUTION! This symbol highlights dangerous situations that can lead to
minor to moderate injuries, damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the
device.
TO PREVENT HARM OR DAMAGE FROM HAPPENING TO USERS OR OTHERS, MAKE SURE TO
COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS.
CAUTION! RISK OF MATERIAL DAMAGE
- Protect the product from dirt, moisture, and overheating, and only use it in dry environments.
- Do not expose the equipment to temperatures over 40ºC/104ºF or below -20ºC/-4ºF.
- Only use the product’s original accessories.
- The appliance and its parts are not dishwasher-safe.
- Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
- Do not overload the product. It may cause permanent damage to the product.
- The appliance should not be dropped.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning:
– Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning!
– Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as
scouring milk or steel wool to clean the components. They can damage the upper
surface of the appliance.
– Protect the device from water drops and water spray. Only use a clean, dry
cloth for cleaning the device and never use any corrosive liquids. Use a
slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove any stubborn dirt.
– Make sure moisture does not enter the product while cleaning to prevent
damage to the product and related repairs.
Storage
– When no longer using the product, store it in a dry environment, protected
from dust and direct sunlight.
– If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, make sure to
recharge it on a regular basis to maintain battery performance.
– Store your equipment inside the original case provided.
Instructions
INSTALLATION:
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS:
– To charge the device, plug a USB charging cable into a USB power adapter
(not included) and into the product’s charging port.
– Stack the 4 Dots on the charger.
– The Dots will blink red when charging and gradually turn green until the battery is fully charged. Once charged, the Dots will blink green.
HOW TO USE:
This product is App-controlled.
Scan the QR code to download the App from the Apple App Store or the Google
Play Store.
You can also download the app from our website:

to the App.
Pairing the product with a mobile device
– Your Dots are in suspension mode. Before using them for the first time,
place the Dots on the base until they blink in three colors.
– Remove them from the base. Your Dots are now in pairing mode.
– Open the Prozis Go app, press the device button displayed at the bottom of
your dashboard screen, and then press “+” to add a device. Select the intended
device and follow the instructions.
– Once a connection is established, each Dot will blink blue three times.
If you take more than 2 minutes to establish a connection, they will blink
white, which means they have returned to suspension mode.
– On the app, you can choose different workout activities according to your
fitness goals or preferences.
NOTE: The Dots must be paired to your smartphone using the Prozis Go app
every time you use them. They will disconnect after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Reset
Once you pair the Smart Dots with your smartphone, they will be locked to that
device. To reset, place the Dots on the charger, remove them, and shake them
(for about 10 seconds) until they blink in three colors. Your Dots are now in
pairing mode.

Troubleshooting
Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

Warranty statement
ll electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via
www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable
to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final
consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for
non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production
defects for a 3-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a
consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the
applicable national law. In the event that repair is required, this 3-year
period is suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s
consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty
unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this
warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication
channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions
or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information is also
provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of
purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be
the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding
the date of purchase and the product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This
warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such
repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the
respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
- Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
- Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of superficial damage that only affect the product’s appearance.
- Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply withuser manual instructions.
- Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
- Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
- Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
- Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking ofany of its components, or from product misuse.
- Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
- Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
- Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or
malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned
excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport and
component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during
transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product
arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with
or modified in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of
the product.

To request warranty service, you must first contact Prozis customer service
via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the
provided instructions and recommendations. Send back the product inside its
original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, to the
