Instructions
HOW TO USE
TURNING ON THE SCALE
Your smart scale is shipped with 4 AAA batteries. Place the batteries in the
battery compartment. Once the scale is powered, it will turn on automatically
when you step on it to measure your body weight. However, to measure other
body composition parameters such as body fat percentage, the smart scale needs
to be used together with a smartphone or tablet with the right software
application installed on it.
INSTALLING THE APP AND MEASURING BODY COMPOSITION
The SENSIT smart scale can connect with smartphones via bluetooth . Connecting
requires the installation of the Prozis Go software application on the
respective mobile device. The easiest way to obtain this app is to use your
mobile device to scan the following QR code and follow the instructions
provided.
Step 1: Getting started
Step 2: Pairing the scale with the mobile device
Step 3: Measuring and checking the analysis report
MEASUREMENT TIPS
Read the warning on the first page of the manual carefully and follow the
instructions. This product employs BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis)
technology. For the most accurate and consistent measurement results, use it
during the day and try to maintain the same measuring conditions.
Please avoid measuring:
- During or immediately after intense exercise
- Immediately after a shower, bath or sauna
- In combination with heavy alcohol consumption
- During or immediately after meals
- While having a fever
When measuring, make sure you stand straight and barefoot on the scale. Wearing socks will lead to inaccurate readings. Dirty feet may also negatively affect measurement accuracy. Measurement units can be changed from imperial/US (pounds for weight, feet/inch for height) to metric (kilograms for weight, meters for height) and vice versa in the smartphone app.
