Legal compliance statement
By means of this document, PROZIS declares that the Prozis Atmo LED Clock is fully compliant with all the standards specified in the applicable legislation as well as other relevant clauses. Prozis will always be available for any additional clarification through our customer support communication channels, available at www.prozis.com/support. To avoid any impact on the environment or on human health due to dangerous substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such devices are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed out waste container. Do not dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment along with unsorted household waste. Dispose of it separately and properly instead.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions

  • This device may not cause harmful interference.
  • This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment
does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by
one or more of the following measures

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Caution
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

  • Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packaging materials.

    instructed in the safe use of the product and understanding the associated risks.

  • Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.

  • Keep the device out of the reach of children.

  • This device is intended only for use indoors, in dry and enclosed rooms.

  • This device is intended for use at home or in similar environments.

  • The device may be hazardous if used for any other purpose or in any manner than the one intended.

  • Never operate the device using a damaged cable or plug, after malfunctioning, or after having been dropped or damaged in any manner.

  • In case of abnormal behavior of the device (unusual noise, strange odor, or smoke), make sure to switch off the device immediately, disconnect all cables, and discontinue use of the
    device.

  • To protect against possible electric shock, never immerse the device in water or any other liquid.

  • This may lead to injury and/or damage to the device.

CAUTION
This symbol highlights dangerous situations which may lead to minor to moderate injuries, damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the device. To prevent harm or damage from happening to users or others, make sure to comply with the following requirements.

  • This device is maintenance-free: the LED lighting and the built-in battery are not replaceable.
  • If either of them reaches the end of its lifetime, the entire device must be replaced.
  • Do not block any of the device’s ventilation openings. Install it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, and make sure to leave enough space around the product for adequate ventilation.
  • Do not place any items on top of the device.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning.
  • When cleaning the components, do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk or steel wool. These could damage the surface of the device!
  • Only use a clean, dry cloth to clean the device, and never any corrosive liquids.
  • Use a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove stubborn dirt.
  • Make sure no moisture enters the product during cleaning, to prevent damage to the product and related repairs.

STORAGE

When no longer using the device, store it in a dry environment, away from dust and direct sunlight.

  • When not using the device for a long time period, make sure to keep recharging it on a regular basis to maintain battery performance.
  • Switch the device off when not using it for a long time period.
  • Store your device in the original case provided.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS:

On/off/energy saving mode switch:

When set to off , the clock is in standby mode, the night light is off and none of the buttons.  When set to on , the display is on and all buttons are operable. When set to energy saving mode, the display is off but the buttons work nevertheless.

Night light on/off
  • Short pressing will turn the night light on and off.
  • Long-pressing will enable stepless dimming.
  • In energy saving mode short pressing will turn the clock display on for 30 seconds.
  • Double pressing will turn on the night light.
Sleep function button

Short press to switch the year month day time display. Long press to enter sleep mode.

Clock/alarm setting
  • Short press to set the alarm

  • Long press to set the date and time

    • Up : Long press 2 seconds to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display.  When setting clock, date or alarm: short-press to increase value step-wise, long-press to
      increase quickly.

    • Down: When setting clock, date or alarm: short-press to decrease value step-wise, long-press to decrease quickly.

ACTIONS

Charging

Connect the device to an adequate power source using the provided USB cable. The charge indicator will light up in red while charging, and will turn itself off once fully charged. The message Lo on the display means that the device is low on power and requires immediate recharging, to prevent the battery from becoming fully drained and the clock from being reset.

Setting the time
  1. Long-press the Clock/alarm setting button and a sound will play when you enter setting mode.
  2. Set the year using the Up and Down buttons.
  3. When ready, shortpress Clock/alarm setting to proceed with setting the month.
  4. Repeat this process to set the right day hour and minute.
  5. After setting the minute, press Clock/alarm setting one last time to exit setting mode.
Time display setting
  1. While the time is being displayed, long press Up to enter the time display setting.
  2. Short-press Up to switch between 24-hour and 12-hour display.
Setting the alarm
  1. Short-press the Clock/alarm setting button once. The text oFR1 will appear on the display oFR1 corresponds to alarm 1 press again to select oFR2 alarm 2 or oFR3 alarm 3.
  2. Press Up and the text will change from oFR1 to onR1 meaning the the selected alarm is switched on.
  3. Long-press the Clock/alarm setting . A sound will play as you enter the setting mode.
  4. Set the desired hour using the Up and Down buttons then press Clock/alarm setting to proceed with setting the minutes.
  5. Press Clock/alarm setting one last time to save and exit setting mode.
Silencing the alarm:
  1. When the alarm goes off, press any button to silence it. If no button is pressed, the sound will stop after 1 minute.
  2. Either way, the alarm will enter snooze mode.
  3. Press any button again, either during snooze mode or when the alarm is sounding again, to disable the alarm for the day.
  4. If no action is taken, the alarm will sound and enter snoozemode 3 times before turning off automatically.
Using the night light:
  1. Short-press Night light on/off to turn the night light on or off.
  2. With the light on long press Night light on/off to adjust brightness.
Sleep function

Long-press Sleep function and the light will flash twice and enter sleep mode. Over a period of 30 minutes, the night light will dim gradually and eventually turn itself off.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Some issues may arise that can be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The device is not working.

The battery is drained.

Warranty statement
All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final consumers. This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-professional
purposes.

WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a 3-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective delivery,
or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law. In the event that repairis required, this 3-year period is suspended during repair time.

CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is
caused by faulty design, materials or production.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information is also provided at the end of this warranty. Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s mode name.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.

EXCLUSIONS

The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
  2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of superficial damage that only affect the product’s appearance.
  3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
  4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
  5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
  6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
  7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
  8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
  9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
  10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.
  11. The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport and component costs.
  12. The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation to Prozis.
  13. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modified in any way.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.
