NOT SUITABLE TO USE THIS DEVICE
Do not use a massage gun without your doctor’s consent in any of the following situations:

  • If you’re pregnant, suffer from diabetes-related complications (such as neuropathy or retinal damage) or migraines, if you have a pacemaker, if you have had surgery recently (such as a joint replacement surgery), if you suffer from epilepsy, disc herniation, spine curvature disorders, slipped vertebrae or spinal rigidity, if you have an IUD, any prostheses or any health problems.

These contraindications do not mean you are not able to use vibration or training equipment, although we recommend consulting a doctor before doing so. Ongoing research focuses on the impact of applying vibration for specific medical conditions. This is likely to reduce the type of contraindications mentioned above. Practical experience has shown that the inclusion of vibration in a treatment regimen is in many cases also a therapeutic recommendation. This must be done with the advice of a doctor, an expert or a physical therapist.
