IMPORTANT: READ INSTRUCTIONS FULLY BEFORE STARTING
Time: approximately 20-30 minutes
Paw Level:

- Panel Removal Tool. A small flat screwdriver can also work if very careful to not mar the plastic trim
- 10mm and 7mm socket wrench or power drill with pressure adjustment set to low
INSTALATION INSTRUCTION
NOTE : Move seats forward for easiest access.

Step 1: Pop out the 3 removable inserts on each B pillar. Two over handle bolts and one over top trim mounting bolt. NOTE: This is under the piece noted “Airbag”. This is to let you know that this model is equipped with an SRS system. DO not modify, relocate, or cut any lines if you see them under the trim piece

Step 2: Handle pop outs release easily from the rear side as shown in this detail:

Step 3: Remove the 10mm bolts from the handle:

Step 4: Top of side panel cover removes easiest from rear of cab

Step 5: Remove 7mm bolt:

Step 6: Grasp handle and pop B pillar trim loose: You will see the hardware fixture that the C100X top mount will install into:

Step 7: Slide the C100X hardware mount tab to the back side of the panel with the tether strap oriented to the top. The 7mm bolt removed in step 5 will slide into the C100X’s mount tab hole

Step 8: Carefully line up all the spring clips that hold the panel in place as well as making sure the grab handle bolt holes are centered.
Tighten the 7mm bolt once assembly has been pressed into place:Keep the tether and D ring strap pointed up. -
Step 9: Reinstall the remaining bolts in position. Double check that the seat belt strap as free and clear in operation:

Step 10 : Start strapping up your and centering your barrier, starting from top to bottom. Do not worry about fully tensioning straps until seats have been returned to driving position.

Step 11: At the lower seat belt rods, make a double wrap around the rod on the lower section:After second wrap:

Step 12: Returns seats to desired locations and do a full tensioning again, from top to floor. Lower straps should remain tight around rod and not shift up:

Step 14: All done. Your net should look like this
