Safety Tips

Position on a flat, stable surface.

A service agent/qualified technician should carry out installation and any repairs if required. Do not remove any components on this product.

The inner bowl and the heating plate on the underside of the appliance become hot during operation.
- DO NOT TOUCH!

DO NOT allow to boil dry or use without water in the outer pan.

Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the appliance when not in use.

Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance to the regulations of local authorities.

Operation
Before turning on ensure the heating plate is securely attached to the underside of the appliance.

Lift the id and remove the inner bowl.

Fill the outer pan with hot water.
WARNING: Ensure the water level is between the ‘MIN’ and ‘MAX’ levels. -
Place the food Si the inner bowl and replace the bowl in the outer pan.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Always turn off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
- Use soapy water and a damp cloth to dean the exterior of the appliance.
- DO NOT inverse the appliance in water.
- The inner bowl can be removed and cleaned with warm, soapy water.
- At no point must the heating plate come into contact with water.
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Fitting/Removing the Heating Plate

Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow to cool.
WARNING: Failure to allow the appliance to cool could result in burns! -
Remove the inner bowl.

Lift the lid/outer pan section from the frame and place gently on its side.

unscrew the four nuts securing the heating plate to the underside of the appliance and remove the heating plate.

Fitting is a reversal of the above procedure.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, 651363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket. Appliances are wired as follows:
- Live wire (colored brown) to terminal marked L
- Neutral wire (colored blue) to terminal marked N
- Earth wire (colored green/yellow) to terminal marked E
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.
