Functions and features
The electric food warming cabinet is suitable for food warming and display in hotels, restaurants, refreshments and other places. The cabinet uses high- efficiency electric heating pipes, and the transparent tempered glass around the cabinet plays a role in keeping warm, energy saving and good display effects. The upper part of the heat preservation cabinet is equipped with a humidifying water box. When the food is moisturizing, just fill the water tank with water, and the food that does not need moisturizing does not need to add water.
Instructions
- Turn on: Turn on the power, and the device is in standby mode at this time, flip the switch to the “ON” position, and the “POWER” indicator light is on. The holding cabinet enters the working state.
- Temperature setting: The temperature control knob on the right side of the panel can set the holding temperature. The adjustable temperature is between room temperature and 110°C. The digital tube in the middle of the panel will display the current internal temperature of the holding cabinet. When the internal temperature of the holding cabinet is lower than the set temperature, the “HEAT” indicator light is on and the holding cabinet is in heating state. Automatically stop heating when the temperature is reached.
- Shutdown: Turn the switch to the “OFF” position, the machine will be turned off.
Set up the environment
- The installation site should have good air circulation and no corrosives or objects.
- The grounding wire of the power cord should be reliably grounded.
- Install a dedicated power switch and overload protection device on the power cord, and all its components should meet the specified voltage and specified current.
Maintenance
- Please clean the shell frequently.
- Clean the water tank regularly.
- Periodic inspection of insulation, once every three months, to ensure safety.
