This device can be used by children 8 years old and over, and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge provided their use is supervised or they have been given instructions concerning the use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
This product is equipped with a professional adapter that enables charging by connecting the adapter to the product. To avoid damage, please do not use a non-original adapter for charging. -
Before plugging in the appliance, make sure the voltage indicated on the device matches local power voltage.

The power supply unit is not waterproof. Do not use it in the shower.

Never submerge the power supply unit and the cable in water.

When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a risk even when the appliance is switched off.

Unplug this appliance before cleaning.

Do not plug in or unplug the device with wet hands. Do not operate the device with wet hands when connected to the power supply unit.

Do not use an extension lead or modify the power cord plug.

Unplug the power supply unit from the power socket:
» in case of electrical fault.

If the main cable is damaged, you must have it replaced by Prozis, by a service center authorized by Prozis or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Discontinue the use of the appliance in case of any damage to the cable, the power supply unit, the housing or any other component.

Do not alter or modify the device in any way.

Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or heat sources (the room temperature should not exceed 40 oC).

Do not cover the power supply unit to avoid excessive heat buildup.

Do not allow the positive and negative terminals of the battery to come into contact with each other through metallic objects.

- Place the power supply unit cable in such a way that no one trips over it or steps on it.
- Always unplug the appliance by pulling the plug, never the cable.
- Do not puncture, warp or stretch the power cable. Do not compress or pull it across sharp edges.
- Do not switch on the device if the shaving head has been flipped open.
- Do not use this appliance with damaged shaving blades and/or foil, as this has the potential to result in facial injuries. The blade has a lifespan. In order to achieve best shaving performance, we highly recommend replacing the blade regularly.
- Do not remove the housing of the appli-ance. Removing the housing while connected to the main power supply represents a risk of fatal electrical shock!
- Do not place the device over open wounds, sores, or rashes, nor over swollen, red, infected or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
- Never place the device on hot surfaces or near heat sources or open fire.
- Check the condition of the batteries on a regular basis. Leaking batteries can damage the device. If the batteries have leaked, use protective gloves and take the following precautions:
» Do not touch the battery with your bare hands.
» Do not rub your eyes. The battery fluid may cause blindness if it comes into contact with your eyes. Wash immediately with clean water and consult a physician.
» The battery fluid may cause inflammation or injury if it comes into contact with the skin or clothes. Wash it off thoroughly with clean water and consult a physician.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Brushing residual hair from the blade regularly is highly recommended, or it may affect shaving performance and shorten the blade’s lifespan.
- Make sure the appliance is switched off and the adapter is disconnected from the main power supply. Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning!
- Please clean the surface of the appliance using a wet cloth and do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk or steel wool. They can damage the upper surface of the appliance!
- Please do not dry the appliance using a heat dryer. You may wipe the appliance with a dry cloth..
HOW TO CLEAN
- Clean the shaving head with a brush if there is residual hair in the appliance.
- Take off the shaving head and remove the trapped hair, then brush it away from the blade and foil.
- The appliance is waterproof. If there is too much hair accumulated in the shaving head, you may remove the shaving head, and wash it thoroughly.
STORAGE
- When no longer using the device, store the product in a dry environment, protected from dust and direct sunlight.
- After cleaning, store the appliance, the charger and all the attachments inside the original case provided.
- If the appliance is not going to be used for a long period of time, you should recharge it on a regular basis (at least once a month). This helps maintain battery performance.

INSTRUCTIONS
Before charging
- Before charging, please plug the adapter into a power socket as described in the rating label. Make sure the socket and your hands are completely dry.
- Please do not place heavy object on the adapter, and keep the adapter intact.
- Please do not use the adapter if it, or its cord, is damaged, deformed or broken.
Charging instructions:

Before charging, make sure the appliance is switched off.

To charge the appliance, you may:
» insert the cord plug of the adapter into the charging base, place the appliance onto the base while making sure the appliance is correctly placed, and then connect the adapter to the mains power.
» connect the appliance directly to the mains power with the adapter. -
It takes 90 minutes to charge an empty battery
-
If charging the battery for the first time, please allow it to charge for 3 hours to maximize battery capacity.
Shaving instructions
- Make sure the appliance is switched off.
- Please check and make sure the blade and foil are clean and not damaged.
- Remove the protection cap.
- Press the on/off button to switch on the appliance.
- Please shave along the growing direction of the beard and keep the foil perpendicular to the skin.
- This appliance has a motor power output adjusting system of 3 shifts. Please choose a suitable output shift according to your beard density. The default setting is Shift I, press the Output Control Button to change the output shift to II – III.
- This appliance has a lock function. Please lock the appliance if it is not going to be used for a long period of time, if it is to be carried for travel, or even to make sure it won’t be switched on by Children. To lock the appliance, please press the on/off button for 3 seconds till a lock symbol blinks in the LED panel. Once the appliance is locked, it won’t switch on by short-pressing the on/off button. To unlock it, please press the on/off button for 3 seconds again.
- This appliance has a facial contour-tracing function. The shaving head will sway forward & backward / leftward & rightward / upward & downward according to your facial contour. If you want to fix the shaving head not to sway forward & backward, please shift the lock switch located on the right side of the head.
Charging station operation
- The appliance can also be displayed in its base when unused.
- After having washed the appliance, place it upside down in the base to drain off any water left inside.
- It will take about 15 minutes to drain off the water. Once done, please remove the water collector from the base and pour out the water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

supposed to be 18 months, assuming that the appliance is used once a day for 5
minutes. Please replace the blade when it is dull.
Warranty statement
All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via
www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale
of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final
consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for
non-profession-al purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production
defects for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a
consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the
applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during
repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s
consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty
unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this
warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication
channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions
or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information is also
provided at the end of this warranty. Any claims made regarding this warranty
will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer.
This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as long as it
includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model
name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This
warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such
repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the
respective warranty claim
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
- Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
- Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of superficial damage only affect the product’s appearance.
- Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
- Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
- Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
- Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
- Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
- Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
- Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
- Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or
malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned
excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport and
component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during
transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product
arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with
or modified in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of
the product.

To request warranty service, you must first contact Prozis customer service
via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the
provided instructions and recommendations.
Send back the product inside its original packaging, including all accessories
