Troubleshooting

Please use the attached charging base for charging. The charging time is about 1h.
Camera does not turn on| Shut down and restart the ear cleaning rod.
APP quits quickly| Delete the existing APP and re-scan the OR code for installation.
The power indicator of the ear cleaning rod shows blue light flashing rapidly| Charge the ear cleaning rod with the charging base from the original packing
WiFi connection is unstable, sometimes it is disconnected in seconds| Restart ear cleaning rod, reconnect bluebird APP.
The product failed to display the real-time image after successfully connecting the bluebird APP| Disconnect the phone from WiFi, restart the product and reconnect the WiFI.
If the above operation still fails to solve the problem, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

Attention

1. When cleaning the lens, please wipe it carefully with a professional alcohol cotton swab.
2. Make sure the ear spoon is well installed before using, to prevent the ear spoon from falling off.
3. Please don’t use it while you are moving, and protect yourself from being hit by others.
4. It is forbidden for children to use this product alone in order to avoid accidental harm.
5. Please do not put the product in liquid to avoid damage.
6. Product built-in rechargeable lithium battery, so it must be charged once a month If it is not used frequently.
7. Avoid product exposure to sunshine directly, especially the accessories, in order to avoid softening.
8. During using it, the temperature of the product will rise slightly (Data from being bird lab, the maximum temperature of the machine doesn’t exceed about 45t), please rest assured to use.
