CORE LEARNING SKILLS

The right recipe for building early maths skills

Early number learning is about much more than identifying numbers. Toddlers are developing number sense—an understanding of concepts such as relative value, which are fundamental to future maths learning. Designed by LeapFrog educational experts, the Number Loving Oven offers a fun and easy way to introduce early skill building.

Pretend Play
Imaginative play, such as pretend cooking, is a natural way for toddlers to build language and life skills.

Number Sense
Hear the name for each number as it’s selected on the number slider. Connect the numbers 1 to 5 on the slider with low, medium and high temperature settings, as well as shorter and longer cooking times.

Sharing
Thoughtfully designed food pieces are made for sharing. Little ones can divide the pre-sliced food onto two plates to share a meal with a friend or parent.
