  • To avoid any impact on the environment or on human health due to dangerous substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such devices are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment along with unsorted household waste. Dispose of it separately and properly instead.
  • The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.

  • Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing materials. There is a suffo-cation risk.

  • This product may be used by chil-dren 8 years and up as well as persons with physical, sensory or mental impairments or lacking ex-perience and knowledge, when supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and under-standing the associated risks.

  • Children must not play with the device.

  • Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.

  •  Keep the device out of the reach of children. This device is intended for personal use only, and not for medical or commercial use. It must not be considered a substi-tute for any medical treatment. Chronic complaints and symptoms may become worse. Do not use for massaging babies, infants, helpless people or animals.
    Do not use the appliance on swollen, burned, inflamed, diseased or injured parts or regions of the body or skin. If in doubt, acquire medical advice first, in particular in the following situations:

  • If you are pregnant.

  • If you have a cardiac pacemaker, artificial joints or electronic im-plants.

  • If you suffer form a serious illness or have undergone an operation to the upper part of your body.

  • If you suffer from thrombosis.

  • If you suffer from pain with an un-diagnosed cause.

  • If you suffer from one or more of the following illnesses and com-plaints: circulation disorders, vari-cose veins, open wounds, bruises, broken skin, inflammation of the veins.

If you experience any pain or discomfort during the massage, stop immediately and consult your doctor.
Do not use the device near your eyes or any other sensitive areas. Make sure your fingers or other body parts stay away from the area between the rotating mas-sage heads. This device is intended only for use in dry indoor environments. Keep the power supply unit, cable and device away from heat, hot surfaces, mois-ture, and liquids. Do not touch the power supply unit while you are standing in water, and al- ways handle the plug with dry hands. If the device happens to fall into the water, do not pick it up by hand. Pull out the power plug and the power supply unit from the socket immediately. Never use the device while driving or operating machinery. Use only the power supply unit provided with the device. It is only to be supplied at a safety ex-tra- low voltage corresponding to the marking indicated on the device. The device has heated elements. Indi-viduals sensitive to heat must be careful when using the device.

CAUTION! This symbol highlights dangerous situations that can lead to minor to moderate injuries, damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the device.

TO PREVENT HARM OR DAMAGE FROM HAPPENING TO USERS OR OTHERS, MAKE SURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIRE-MENTS.

  • Check the power supply unit, ca-ble and massage pillow carefully for damage before each use. Do not continue to use the device if the cable or the power adapter is damaged. For safety reasons, the power cable cannot be replaced without damaging or destroying the device.
  • Using the device for very long pe-riods without interruptions may lead to over- heating. Always allow the device to cool down before using it again.
  • Do not allow the massage cushion to come into contact with pointed or sharp objects.
  • Do not cover the device while it is switched on. Never use it under blankets or cushions. There is a risk of fire, electric shock or injury.
  • Do not insert needles or pointed objects into the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that it is switched off and the power supply unit is disconnected. Allow it to cool down. Clean the appliance cushion only in the manner indicated. Under no circumstances must any liquid be allowed to enter the appliance or the accessories. Never immerse the appliance in water to clean it and ensure water cannot get into the appli- ance. Be sure moisture does not enter the product during cleaning to prevent damage to the product and related parts. Small stains can be removed with a cloth or moist sponge and if necessary with a little mild detergent. Do not use solvent-containing cleaners. Wait until the device is completely dry before using it again.

  • Do not wash.
  • Do not use bleach. Do not use any cleaning agents containing bleach (such as heavy duty detergents).
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not Iron.
  • Do not dry clean

STORAGE

Allow the appliance to cool down completely before putting it into storage.
When no longer using the device, store the product in a dry environment, protected from dust and direct sunlight. Do not place other objects on top of the cushion when it is stored, otherwise material damage can occur.
Store the device in the original case provided.

INSTRUCTIONS

Connect the connection plug on the mains adapter with the socket on the appliance. Connect the connection plug on the mains adapter with the socket on the appliance. Place the appliance around your neck so that the massage heads lie on the sides of the neck. You can use the oversize gloves to align it. Secure the appliance by the oversize gloves.

  • Press the button On/Off switch.
  • Press the Massage head direction switch to change rotation direction.
  • Press the Temperature switch to switch the warmth off. Press it once again to switch the warmth function on.
  • Note: Use the appliance for a maximum of 15 minutes. Longer use may lead to over-stimula-tion and hence tension in the muscles. The device will turn itself off after 15 minutes.
  • Note: For safety reasons, do not open the zip fastener of the device.
  • The device is designed in particular for use on the upper back area (in particular in the neck). But it can also be used to massage abdominal, buttock and leg muscles.

Troubleshooting

Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com are cov-ered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final consumers. This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-profession-al purposes.

WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective deliv-ery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law. In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.

CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or production.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information is also provided at the end of this warranty. Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.

EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Any wear and tear off parts and components resulting from normal product use.
  2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of superficial damage that only affect the prod-uct’s appearance.
  3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
  4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
  5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
  6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
  7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
  8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
  9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
  10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.

The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modified in any way.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.
