By means of this document, PROZIS declares that the Prozis Rey clipper &
trimmer set is fully compliant with all the standards specified in the
applicable legislation as well as other relevant clauses.

To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end-users of such devices are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment along with unsorted household waste. Instead, dispose of it separately and properly.
**** The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.

DANGER! This symbol, when combined with the note Danger highlights a dangerous situation. Failure to observe this warning may lead to injury to life and limb.
DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
- Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing materials. There is a suffocation risk.
- The appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
CAUTION! This symbol highlights dangerous situations which can lead to light injuries, damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the device.
To prevent harm or injuries from happening to users or others, make sure to comply with the following requirements.
CAUTION! KEEP THE APPLIANCE DRY.
- Never submerge the appliance or the power supply unit in water or other fluids.
- If the appliance falls into the water, always unplug the power supply unit from the power socket before reaching into the water.
- Never touch the power supply unit with wet hands, especially when plugging it in or unplugging it. Risk of fatal electrical shock!
- The installation of a residual current circuit breaker with a rated tripping current of no more than 30 mA offers further protection from electric shocks. Such an installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
- Make sure the cable does not get jammed in cupboard doors or placed over hot surfaces. This may lead to damage to the cable insulation.
- Use only the provided power supply unit when using the appliance.
- Do not cover the power supply unit to avoid excessive heat buildup.
- Remove the power supply unit from the wall socket in the following situations: in case of a defect; before cleaning the appliance; when not intending to use the appliance for longer periods; after every use.
- Always unplug the appliance with the plug, never by the cable.
- Do not use the appliance while taking a bath. Risk of fatal electrical shock!
- Before use, check the appliance for visible external damage. Do not use any appliance that is damaged. Risk of fatal electrical shock!
- The appliance must no longer be used in case of any damage to the cable, the power supply unit, the housing, or any other component.
- Repairs must be carried out by technicians authorized to do so. Improper repairs can pose significant risks to the user and will cause warranty claims to become void.
- Always make sure the blades are properly aligned before use.
- The appliance can become hot during use. Use it for a maximum of 30 minutes, then allow it to cool down for 30 minutes.
- The appliance is intended only for clipping and shaving human hair. Do not use this appliance for any other purpose.
- The lubricating oil must be placed away from fire sources and out of children’s reach.
- Make sure to avoid all contact between the eyes and the lubricating oil.
- If any lubricating oil comes in contact with the eyes, lay down, gently wash the eyes with cold water, and seek medical help.

INSTRUCTIONS
Maintenance and cleaning
Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning!
- Remove any fitted attachment.
- Clean the blades and comb attachments using the provided cleaning brush to remove any remaining loose hair clippings.
- Clean the housing of the appliance using a soft, dry cloth.
- The blades of the clipper attachment should be lightly lubricated with the provided oil after a few uses.
Caution! When cleaning the components, do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk or steel wool. These can damage the exterior of the appliance.
Storage
When the appliance is no longer in use, store it in a dry environment, away
from dust and direct sunlight.
When not using the appliance for a longer period of time, make sure to recharge it on a regular basis in order to help maintain battery performance. To maintain optimum capacity and performance of the rechargeable battery, it is advised to charge your device for at least 2 hours every 3 months.
Charging the batteries
Before using your appliance for the first time, make sure to charge it for at least 2 hours, so the battery is fully loaded for optimum performance. Please note that maximum battery performance will only be reached after 3 charging/discharging cycles.
Follow these steps to charge your appliance (make sure it is switched off):

Connect the charging cable connector (D4) to the power supply socket of the storage base (D2) or directly in the charging socket on the trimmer (A4).

Plugin the charger (D3) into a fitting mains outlet.

The LED indicator (A3) will flash in red when the device is correctly connected and the charging is in progress.

When the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator (A3) will constantly light up in green.

When fully charged, the cordless operation time will be about 90 minutes.*

Actual battery performance may vary based on settings, environment, and usage.
Changing the attachment heads
- Before changing the attachment heads, make sure your trimmer is switched off.
- Remove any guide combs attached to your groomer. To remove an attachment head, hold the trimmer handle with one hand while holding the attachment head with the other. Pull the attachment head back and away from the front of the handle (fig. 1) and remove it (fig. 2).
- To place any attachment head, the driving pin needs to be in a central position. If it is not, center it manually. Make sure that the base of the attachment is placed correctly onto the device (fig. 3) and click the attachment head into position (fig. 4).
Trimming nose/ear hair:
- Equip the nose trimmer attachment (B2).
- Switch on the trimmer.
- Place the tip of the attachment against the hairs protruding from the nostrils or ears to cut and remove.
Caution: Only use the trimmer to remove hair from the referred areas. Do not insert the trimmer more than 0.5 cm into the ear or nostril, or risk injuring yourself.
Cutting hair:
- Equip the hair clipper attachment (A1)
- Choose the guide comb with the desired cutting length. Each guide comb is marked with the corresponding length – 3, 6, 9, or 12 mm.
- Attach the guide comb to the head of the clipper (fig. 5, 6) and make sure it is properly attached.
- Before starting, comb the hair in the direction of your hair growth.
- Switch on the groomer.
- Pressing the guide comb against the head, start by clipping the sides from the bottom of the head upwards.
- Slowly move the clipper up towards the top of the head, cutting small amounts at a time.
- Repeat step 6 around both sides and the back.
- Clip the top of the head from front to back.
NOTE: Do not push the clipper or force the clipper through the hair.
To contour the neckline and area around the ears:
Caution! The clipper blades are very sharp.
Caution! Be very careful when using the appliance without a guide comb
equipped. It will remove any hair that comes into contact with the blades.
- Switch off the groomer.
- Remove the guide comb attachment (fig. 7, 8).
- Switch on the groomer.
- Hold the hair clipper head in such a position that only one side makes contact with the hair.
- Slowly shave the hair around the ears and contour the neckline by positioning the blades against the neck and moving downwards.
- For final trimming of the hair, fringe, or beard, using scissors is recommended (not included).
Beard trimmer-trim to a length:
Use the beard trimmer attachment with the matching guide combs (C2) to trim
sideburns or beards to an even length.
Choose the guide comb with the desired cutting length – I(8 mm), II(6 mm), or
III(4 mm).
- Switch off the groomer.
- Equip the beard trimmer attachment (B1) and the desired guide comb.
- Switch on the groomer.
- Gently move the groomer across the skin as shown, against the direction of your hair growth. The hair will be trimmed to length.
Beard trimmer – trimming edges:
The beard trimmer attachment can be used without the comb fitted to trim sideburn edges, etc. Follow the instructions in the previous section, but without fitting the guide comb. The groomer will now remove all hair in its path.
Mini shaver: The mini shaver will remove hair and shave the body smoothly.
- Switch off the groomer.
- Equip the mini shaver attachment (B3/ fig. 9, 10).
- Switch on the groomer.
- Draw the shaver across the skin, against the direction of your hair growth. You can use your other hand to stretch the skin slightly to get a closer shave.
NOTE: To shave where there is longer hair growth, first use the clipper or trimmer attachments to shorten the hair, then use the mini shaver to finish.
Precision trimmer:
The precision trimmer has a small trimming head and can be used to trim small details.
- Switch off the groomer.
- Fit the precision trimmer attachment (B4).
- Switch on the groomer.
- Carefully use the precision trimmer for detailed edges, etc.
NOTE: After use, always switch off the groomer by the On/Off switch. Always clean the blades after use.
Troubleshooting
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for
final consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for
non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production
defects for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a
consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the
applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during
repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s
consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty
unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials, or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this
warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication
channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions
or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information are also
provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This
warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such
repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the
respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
- Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
- Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of surface damage only affect the product’s appearance.
- Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
- Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
- Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
- Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
- Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
- Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
- Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation, or commerce.
- Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport, and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with, or modified in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of
the product.

provided instructions and recommendations.
