OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Important! Read the user instructions carefully before use. Save them for future reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- For household use only.
- Never use the appliance for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
- Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or not working properly, or if the power cord or plug are damaged.
- Take the appliance to an authorised service centre to be checked, repaired or adjusted.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
- Keep the appliance under careful supervision when it is used by, or near children.
- Pull out the plug when the appliance is not in use, before replacing parts and before cleaning.
- Do not use accessories other than those recommended or bsold by the appliance manufacturer. The use of other accessories can result in fire, electric shock or personal injury.
- Remove accessories before cleaning.
- Do not put the appliance on, or near a hot stove, or in a hot oven.
- Check that the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in the plug.
- To disconnect the power to the appliance, put the power switch in the OFF position and pull out the plug.
- Keep your hair, clothing, hands, jewellery and other foreign objects away from moving parts.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid – risk of electric shock. This can result in personal injury and/or material damage.
- The appliance is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the appliance from someone who is responsible for their safety. Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the appliance. Do not allow children under 8 to use, clean or maintain the appliance without superv1s1on.
- Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a table or worktop, or to come into contact with hot surfaces.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, the appliance is fitted with an earthed plug that only fits earthed power sockets. If the plug does not fit the socket, contact an authorised electrician. Never modify the plug in any way.

USE
- Wash the accessories before using for the first time.
- . Fit the whisks on the appliance. The whisks are intended for whisking eggs and other similar food.
- Check that the speed control is switched off (position 0) and plug in the plug.
- . Push the speed control to the required position. There are 5 positions. The appliance starts.
- When you have finished whisking, put the speed control in the off position (position 0) and pull out the plug.
- If necessary, scrape off any food from the accessory with a rubber, wooden or plastic scraper.
- Take out and wash the accessory.
- NOTE
- Whisks can be fitted in any of the sockets.
- Switch off the appliance (position 0) and pull out the plug before removing accessories.
- Do not run the appliance for more than 3 minutes at a time. Allow it to cool for 20 minutes before using it again.
WARNING! Never poke utensils in the bowl while the appliance is running.
Tip
- Allow ingredients like butter and eggs to reach room temperature before using.
- To avoid getting egg shell in the food, crack the eggs into another container before putting them in the bowl.
- Do not over-whisk. Follow the instructions in the recipe. Run at lowest possible speed, just long enough to mix the ingredients.
- Start running at low speed and gradually increase to the speed given in the recipe.
- The room temperature and temperature of the ingredients can affect the result.
- The appliance and the whisks are not suitable for mixing dough and other similar substances.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
- Switch off the appliance, pull out the plug, and wait until all moving parts have completely stopped before cleaning.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance with a cloth moistened with a mild detergent, then dry with a dry cloth.
- Wipe the power cord, if necessary.
- . Wash accessories in hot water and washing-up liquid, rinse and then wipe dry. The accessories can be washed in a dishwasher.
NOTE :Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
