  1. Standard SIM card slot: insert 4G/3G standard SIM card here.
  2. microSD card slot: insert microSD card here.
  3. USB interface: connect it with compatible PC USB port.
  4. 4G/3G signal strenght indicator:
  5. Blue: weak 4G/3G signal;
  6. Purple: strong 4G/3G signal;
  7. Blue/ Purple: 4G/3G network searched but not connected;
  8. Blue/ Purple flashing: 4G/3G network connected;
  9. Red flashing: No SIM card/network.
  10. 4G/3G network indicator:
  11. Yellow on: 4G network connected;
  12. Yellow off: 3G network connected;
  13. Purple on: 4G network searched but not connected;
  14. Purple flashing: 4G network connected
  15. Blue on: 3G network searched but not connected;
  16. Blue flashing: 3G network connected;
  17. Red flashing: No SIM card, SIM card abnormal, no network;
  18. External anetnna socket: insert external antenna here.

INSTALLATION OF SIM AND MICROSD CARD

  1. Pull the back cover downwards and remove it.
  2. Install standard SIM card into the SIM card slot with the gold plate of the card facing downward; install microSD card into microSD card slot as indicated on the picture.
  3. Place the back cover on the device and pull it upwards to close it.

CHARGING

Insert the USB interface to the compatible PC USB port to charge the device.

CONNECTING YOUR DEVICE

Note: Under different operating system environments, the installation process may differ slightly. If there are any differences between the actual operation and the instruction described below, please follow the specific installation instructions.

  1. Connect the USB interface to the compatible PC USB port.
  2. Your device will automatically detect the modem and display the installation window.
  3. Carry out installation according to system prompts.

Note : If the system does not support automatic installation, please enter My Computer – CD_ROM drive to start software installation.

Press [Connect] to establish a connection with 4G/3G network. Select the local operator network configuration file on [Name] drop-down list in Settings menu (usually UI software will automatically identify and match the operator’s network and call the appropriate configuration files without user settings). Then click the [Connect] to launch 4G/3G network connection. Note: If there is no local network profile in [Name] list in Settings or you need to modify configuration parameters, enter Settings – Network to add or modify the network configuration file.

STATISTICS

RECORDS

USSD

SETTINGS Network

This menu is used to set the 4G/3G network access parameters and network selection priority. If there is no user local network APN parameters, ask the local operators to provide the necessary information and press [New] button on the right from the list to add the network.

PIN

LANGUAGE

TROUBLESHOOTING

Fail to connect with 4G/3G network:

  • SIM card is not installed properly;
  • SIM card does not have an access to the Internet;
  • SIM card is damaged;
  • SIM card PIN code has been enabled; please disable the PIN code via user interface;
  • 4G/3G Manual dial mode has been set up; please turn off.
