Normal Questions

How to share keys to others via mobile phone.

Open [Share] and click on the ‘+’ to contact share or by QR code share.

[Contact Share]

Note: If you choose can offline useable, the guest can also lock through the phone switch when the phone is not connected to the network; otherwise, the phone switch cannot be locked without being connected to the network.

[QR code share]

Note: The generated QR code can only be valid with the sweep in the Airbnk app. Scanning the QR code with WeChat or browser is invalid.

After the guest scans the code successfully, you will see a new message reminder in your unlock page, click to enter and agree. Then the key is shared successfully.

How to know the lock is low power

When the low battery icon is displayed in the APP unlock page, please replace the battery as soon as possible.

By using the Smart Lock hardware(the”Device”)you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Limited Warranty set forth below

This warranty does not cover things below:

1. Out of Warranty Period (under normal use for 3 months from the date of purchase).
2. Due to natural disasters or other forces beyond our reasonable control,such as power outages,wars,riots, terrorism,labor disputes,earthquakes,floods or other events of force majeure,accident,misuse,abuse, negligence,commercial use or modification of any part of your device.
3. This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and wear and tear or aging.
