1. My scale is not showing accurate results
Answer: This could happen due to the following:
(a) If the scale is placed on a carpet or an uneven, titled, or rounded surface. The uneven flooring in this case stops you from uniformly transferring your weight to the sensors. The load on a scale should be perpendicular to the surface and parallel to the gravitational direction
(b) If the scale is not calibrated properly. Calibrating the scale resets the internal mechanisms allowing the scale to find the correct “zero” weight and thus ensure accurate readings.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to calibrate the scale:
Step 1: Place it on a flat and hard surface.
(There should be no carpet)
Step 2: Activate the weighing scale by pressing it gently either with
your hand or feet.
Step 3: Wait for it to show “CAL” on the display screen.
Step 4: Let it switch off.
Now your scale is ready for accurate measurement.
(c) If you frequently move your scale from one spot to another. Moving any digital scale potentially affects accuracy and dependability. So every time you move the scale from one point to another, it must be calibrated. Calibrating the scale resets the internal mechanics, allowing it to determine the proper “zero” weight and provide accurate readings.
(d) If you take multiple readings on the same day: Since daily weight fluctuation is natural, the readings taken multiple times on the same day will differ. Bodyweight fluctuates up to 5 or 6 pounds every day in a normal adult. These changes occur as a result of what you eat, drink, exercise, and even sleep.
It’s best to weigh yourself in the morning, at the same time every day, after your morning rituals, with minimal clothing, and without socks.
(e) If you’re comparing your weight on different weighing scales, keep in mind that each scale has its own mechanics. As a result, if you compare your weight readings on two or more weighing scales, you will always find a difference in weight. According to studies, there can be a five-pound difference between scales! Hence, it’s best if you stick to one weighing scale throughout your fitness journey.
(f) If you’re not standing properly on the scale. Place both of your feet on the scale to stand properly and evenly distribute your weight on the scale. Do not cling to anything or rely on anything in your surroundings for support. Make sure your weight is evenly distributed on the weighing scale by standing straight on it. Allow time for your weight to be accurately reflected on the scale.

The ActiveX Savvy plus scale uses advanced Dual BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology, which involves passing a dual painless electrical currents through your body. Here are a few easy steps to sync the ActiveX Savvy plus scale with the ActiveX app
1. Go to the measurement page and tap on the “+” sign on the top right side of your mobile screen.
2. Select “Device Management” and again tap on the “+” sign on the top right side of your mobile screen.
3. Step on the scale to turn it on and you’ll be able to see your device on the mobile display.
4. Select the device visible on the screen and you have successfully synced your ActiveX Savvy Plus scale with the ActiveX app.
9. My app is not working, how can I fix this?
Answer: Here is how you can fix this problem:
You will have to delete the old app & download the app once again. But before
deleting the app, you have to follow some important instruction:
1. Click on the “+” sign on the right top corner
2. Select “Device Management”
3. if you see any scale name, click on the name, swipe little left.
4. You would see “Delete” Button”, Click on “Delete” button.
