TECHNICAL PROBLEM | CAUSE | SOLUTION |
---|
The right and left sound pods are not paired automatically when removed from
the charging case.| Normally, the right and left sound pods should pair
automatically as soon as you take them out of the charging case.| Clear Airia
sound pods connected list. Place the right and left sound pods inside the
charging case. Follow the instructions provided in the “Clear the paired
device list stored in the sound pods” section. Take the Airia out of the
charging case and put them. You should hear “pairing mode” on one of the sound
pods. The left sounded indicator light should flash green slowly and the right
light indicator should alternate between green and red. Access your BT
device’s list and “Prozis Airia” should be available for pairing.
There is no sound.| The connected device’s volume level is set at a low
level.| Adjust the volume level of the connected device (smartphone, computer,
television, etc.).
The sound pods don’t work.| The battery is empty.| Charge the battery.
Soundpods work with my smartphone but not with my computer.| Your computer’s
BT drivers are not updated.| You should use a BT adapter if your computer
does not support a BT connection. To ensure the BT adapter is functioning
properly, update the drivers to the latest version. In addition, you may need
to verify if your computer’s BT adapter supports HSP, HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, and
SPP1.2.
