Adexa HA 35 Patio Heater USER MANUAL

PLEASE READ THE MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE HEATER AND RETAIN IT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
This Product is only suitable for well-insulated spaces or occasional use.

WARNING AND CAUTIONS

  • The heater used 220~240V AC/50Hz, please check the household voltage to ensure it matches the specification before operating it.
  • Please don’t put the electric heater under the socket directly to use
  • Do not allow children, the person with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities to use it unless they have been given instructions by a person who is responsible for their safety.
  • Do not use the heater with wet hands. Danger to life!
  • Do not use the heater inflammable and combustible environment.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
  • Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
  • This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature.
  • Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own unless constant supervision is provided.
  • CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns.
  • Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
  • Do not use the heater in reach of a shower, bath, or swimming pool.
  • Do not run the power cord under carpeting.
  • Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  • Do not insert or allow any object into the vents or exhaust vents because it may lead to electric shock or fire, or damage to a heater.
  • Make sure the plug has been pulled from the socket before moving the heater and hold the hand of the heater when moving.
  • Between the heater and flammable objects (e.g. curtains), walls and other structures need to be at least 1.5m distance.
  • Warning: to avoid overheating the heater, do not use any similar clothing, blankets, curtains, paper products, plastic products, flammable articles, etc., to cover the use of electric heaters, to avoid the occurrence of fire.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Immediately stop using the heater if the plug or cord is damaged. Do not detach yourself when the heater failed or is damaged in any way. Please take it to the manufacturer of qualified personnel for maintenance.
  • Please operate the heater as described in the instructions. Any other non-recommended use may cause fire, shock, or injury.
  • Avoid using extension cords because it may cause overheating or fire hazards.
  • Pull the plug from the outlet when not using the heater.
  • In case of damage, it must be repaired by professional electricians.
  • Please contact with seller if it does not work properly. Do not try to repair the heater by yourself.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Do not immerse the heater into the water for cleaning.

WARNING AND CAUTIONS

  1. Put the plug into the power socket.

  2. The heater has two power ranges: 350W and 700W.

  3. Turn the control knob to left without oscillation function: LOW(350W) or HIGH(700W).

  4. Turn the control knob to right with the oscillation function : (oscillation+350W) or (oscillation+700W).
    Fig 2 is the angle knob with two angle modes: 120° and 360°.

  5. When using the oscillation function, turn the angle knob to the left at 120° and turn the right 360°.

  6. Switch the heater off by turning control knob to the OFF position.

  7. Remove plug from the power socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Unplug the heater and let it cool down completely.
  • Keep the heater clean. The outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
  • You may use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the heater with a soft cloth.
  • Do not use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the heater. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the heater.
  • Do not immerse the heater in water or allow it to get wet.
  • Wait till the heater is completely dry before use.
  • Any type of maintenance or repairs including the replacement of the heating tube should only be carried out by a qualified electrician or by a recommended service center.
  • For a long time of inactivity, please protect the heater with a fabric cover from rain and dust.
