By means of this document, PROZIS declares that the Prozis Helix – Foldable
Drone with Gesture Control – is fully compliant with all the standards
specified in the applicable legislation as well as other relevant clauses.

To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous
substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end-users of such
devices are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a
crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic
equipment along with the unsorted household waste. Dispose of it separately
and properly instead.
Used batteries should not be disposed of along with the household waste. They
must be placed in a special container for used batteries. This is an
obligation intended to ensure the ecological disposal of batteries. Dispose of
them only when they are empty.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.
Safety warnings
This symbol, when combined with the note Danger, means high risk. Failure to
observe this warning may lead to injury to life and limb.
WARNING! Not suitable for children under 36 months. Risk of suffocation
as small parts can be swallowed or inhaled!
- Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packaging materials. There is a suffocation risk.
- This product is not intended for use by children under 8 years old, unless when they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product, and understand the risks involved.
- As with all electric products, precautions should be observed during use to prevent electric shock. Regularly check the device for any damage.
BATTERY WARNINGS

Keep batteries out of reach of children. Should a child swallow a battery, consult a physician immediately.

Batteries must be installed and replaced by a competent adult.

Do not use rechargeable batteries.

Do not recharge the batteries. There is a risk of explosion and injury!

Do not throw batteries in a fire. There is a risk of explosion and injury!

Use only the specified type of batteries. Do not mix and/or use old and new batteries, or batteries from different brands.

Do not connect the + and – electrodes to each other using metal or wire. Do not carry or store batteries along with metallic objects.

Avoid direct soldering to batteries.

Keep batteries away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity.

Check the condition of the batteries on a regular basis. Leaking batteries can damage the device. If the batteries have leaked, use protective gloves and take the following precautions:
»Do not touch the battery with your bare hands;
» Do not rub your eyes. Battery fluid may cause blindness if it comes into contact with your eyes. Wash immediately with clean water and consult a physician;
» Battery fluid may cause inflammation or injury if it comes into contact with your skin or clothes. Wash it off thoroughly with clean water and consult a physician. -
Clean the battery compartment and the batteries with a clean, dry cloth.

Immediately remove depleted batteries from the device and dispose of them properly.
Otherwise, there is an increased risk of leakage. -
Deposit depleted batteries at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you’ll be helping preserve the environment.
LIPO BATTERY WARNINGS
The device is equipped with a Lithium Polymer battery. This type of battery is
light and powerful since its chemistry is based on lithium, a light, and
extremely volatile metal.
- Never drain the battery completely. When the device starts to lose power, switch it off and charge it as soon as possible.
- Don’t leave the battery unattended while charging.
- Charge the battery in a designated, controlled environment, away from people and animals.
- Keep it away from flammable materials.
- Keep the battery away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity.
- Do not disassemble, alter, heat, or short circuit the battery.
- Do not drop it and do not expose it to any major shocks.
- Do not allow the battery to get wet.
- Charge the battery using the supplied charging equipment only. Using another charging equipment will void your warranty, may damage the battery, and poses a risk of fire or explosion.
- In the unlikely event of battery leakage or explosion, use sand or a chemical fire extinguisher.
- Do not touch a leaking battery directly. Never let battery contents touch your skin or clothing. If contact occurs, seek medical advice immediately.
CAUTION! This symbol highlights dangerous situations which may lead to minor to moderate injuries, damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the device.
To prevent harm or damage from happening to users or others, make sure to comply with the following requirements.
- Fly the drone in a sunny day without wind.
- Do not fly the drone in extreme hot or cold weather, as it may affect performance and damage the device.
- Do not fly it in strong winds. Windy conditions will affect the operation of the device, and the device may get lost or damaged.
- Keep it away from obstacles, electrical hazards, crowds, birds, and properties.
- Protect the device from moisture and heat sources.
- Do not puncture the device and do not insert sharp objects, pins, or screws into any device opening as it may puncture the internal battery.
- Do not touch the rotating blades and do not operate the device near your face.
- Keep hands, and hair, and loose clothing away from the rotating blades.
- The drone must take off from a flat surface. Never hold the device in your hand when taking off.
- Always keep a visual line of sight with the drone. If you lose sight of the drone, you may lose control of it.
- Switch off the gesture remote controller and the drone when not in use.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning!

Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk or steel wool to clean the components. They can damage the upper surface of the appliance!

Protect the device from water drops and water spray. Use only a clean, dry cloth for cleaning the appliance, and never use any corrosive
liquids. Use a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove any stubborn dirt. -
Make sure moisture does not enter the product during cleaning to prevent damage to the product and related repairs. NEVER submerge it in water. This will damage the electronic components.

Regularly inspect and clean any dirt trapped around the rotors using a soft brush. Accumulation of dirt adds additional stress to the motor and may cause the rotors to spin unevenly or even stop spinning completely.
STORAGE
- When no longer using the device, store the product in a dry environment, protected from dust and direct sunlight.
- If the device is not going to be used for a long period of time, you should remove the batteries and recharge it on a regular basis. This helps maintain battery performance.
- Store your appliance inside the original case provided.

INSTRUCTIONS
How to use
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- The drone will follow your hand movement in any direction: forward, backward, left or right.
Gesture remote controller calibration:
- Place the drone on the level ground, with its back facing the controller.
- Switch on the drone by long-pressing the power switch. Turn on the controller by short pressing the power switch. Both their lights will flash.
- At this moment, controller and drone frequencies will automatically connect and lights will stay on.
- Recalibrate the controller if flight status is unstable or failing. To recalibrate, place the drone in a horizontal position and turn your hand 180º. The drone light will flash for 3 seconds and then remain steady, which means recalibration was successful.
Take-Off / Landing
- Make sure your body is more than 1 meter away from the drone and place the controller in a parallel position to the ground.
- Double press the take-off/landing button. The drone will take off automatically and will hold an altitude of about 1.2 m from the ground.
- Double press the button again, and the drone will automatically land.

Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

can be replaced easily with the spare blades included in the package. Simply
pull out the damaged blades from their location on the motor shaft and replace
them with new ones.
The drone flies sideways on
it’s own.| | Check for trapped dirt around the rotors. Just a
a little strand of hair can cause the drone to fly out
of control.
Warranty statement
All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via
www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable
to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of the Prozis warranty for
final consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for
non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production
defects for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a
consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the
applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during
repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s
consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty
unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials, or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this
warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication
channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions
or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information is also
provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of
purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be
the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding
the date of purchase and the product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This
warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such
repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the
respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
- Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
- Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of surface damage only affect the product’s appearance.
- Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
- Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
- Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
- Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
- Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
- Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
- Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
- Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or
malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned
excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport, and
component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during
transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product
arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered
with, or modified in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of
the product.

To request warranty service, you must first contact Prozis customer service
via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the
provided instructions and recommendations.
