QCY G1 True Wireless Gaming Earbuds

Overview

What’s in the box

Wearing

1. Choose the ear tips that fit your ears best.
2. Ensure sounds hole downward, then place earbuds Into the ear. Rotate the earbud back to the auricle side to fit snugly.

Your earbuds come with multiple pairs of eartips, among which Medium-sized are pre-installed.

Pairing

First Time Connection

1. Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select “QCY-G1” on your device’s Bluetooth list to connect.

Pairing with another device

1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case cover open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the Charging case LED indicators lights up blue to enter the pairing mode.
3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case, and select “G1” on your device’s Bluetooth list to connect.

When you remove the earbuds, they will automatically power off after 5 minutes if no device is connected.
*Each time you power on your earphones, it will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device if available within the Bluetooth range.

Resetting

You might need to reset the earbuds if you experience any connectivity problems or function issues.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and Keep the charging case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators flash green rapidly for 3 times, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Power On/Off

Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on.

Place the earbuds back into the charging case. Close the case and the earbuds will automatically power off.

Charging

Remove the protective film before charging for the first-time use.

Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB port before charging.

Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to avoid damage to the device. *The earphones must be fully charged before first use.

LED Light Guide

The LED indicators on the charging case indicate the charging status.
To check the battery level of the charging case, open it to activate the LED indicator.

Controls

• Play/Pause Tap twice(R/L)
• Previous track Press and hold for 1.5 seconds (L)
• Next track Press and hold for 1.5 second(R)

Tips

1. Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
2. The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3. If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
4. Please use the chargers made by a qualified manufacturer.
5. If the earbuds cannot be found by your phone, please check whether they are in pairing mode; if left unconnected for a long while, the earbuds will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode; if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it; if a procedure error of the earbuds occurs, reboot or reset it.

Caveats

1. Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reason to avoid any damage and danger.
2. Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under0°C or over 45°C).
3. Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
4. Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid dysfunction and increased risk of electric shock.
5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
6. Keep the earphones dry.

Warranty

We warrant this device 12 MONTHS from the date of the original purchase for manufacturer defects. If the device fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact the seller directly to initiate return and warranty process.
The following are excluded from QCY warranty cover:

• Device purchased as secondhand, used, or from an unauthorized seller.
• Damage resulted from misuse and abusive action.
• Damage resulted from chemicals, fire, radioactive substances, poison, and liquid.
• Damage resulted from natural disasters.
• Damage caused to any third party/person/object and beyond.
  Please do not return the product without seller / QCY authorization.
