Introduction

To get the most out of your new massage pillow, please read through these instructions before use. We also recommend that you save the instructions in case you need to refer to them at a later date.

The voltage from a SELV supply is low enough that a person can normally come into contact with it without the risk of electric shock. Special safety instructions

This appliance must not be used by persons, including children, with a physical, sensory or mental disability or anyone without experience or knowledge unless they are supervised or have been instructed how to use the appliance. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have diabetes or any other health issues, you should ask your doctor for advice before using the massage pillow. If you have persistent muscle or joint pain that does not disappear after using the massage pillow, you should ask your doctor for advice. The massage pillow’s heart function must not be used by people who are particularly sensitive to heat, or who find it difficult to feel heat. Do not use the massage pillow on areas of skin with open wounds, or if the skin is discolored, burned, inflamed or affected by eczema. The massage pillow should not be used for more than 15 minutes at a time. Do not use the massage pillow while you are lying in bed or on a sofa. Check regularly that the massage pillow, cord, and plug are in perfect condition. If this is not the case, the massage pillow must not be used. Do not attempt to repair the massage pillow yourself. The massage pillow, cord or plug must not be exposed to heat, direct sunlight, moisture, sharp edges and the like. Always turn the massage pillow off and unplug it from the socket when not in use or when cleaning it. Grasp the plug to pull it out, not the cord. The massage pillow is solely intended for domestic use and is not suitable for commercia  use. Always use the massage pillow in accordance with the instructions.

Use

Connect the required adapter to the socket on the massage pillow. Plug the adapter into a 12 V cigarette lighter socket in a car or to an ordinary residential mains socket. Secure the massage pillow to a chair back or the car backrest or neck support using the elastic strap on the back of the massage pillow. Press the on/off button to turn on the massage pillow. Press one or more times again to change the direction of rotation of the massage heads or to turn the massage pillow off. If you do not turn the massage pillow off before, it will turn off automatically after 15 minutes of massage. Unplug the adapter from the connector on the massage pillow.

Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe the massage pillow with a dry cloth. The massage pillow must not be washed or exposed to water. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. Store the massage pillow in a dry, dust-free location out of direct sunlight.
