Firmware Upgrade,
Please login the official website https://www.creality.com/download, switch
the language and select the relevant printer and model and download the
required firmware, you can use it after the installation is finished.
NOTES
- Do not use the printer any way other than described herein in order to avoid personal injury or property damage.
- Do not place the printer in the environment with large vibration or other instability. The shaking of the machine will affect the printing quality of the printer.
- Please do not place the machine in inflammable and explosive materials or near high heat source. Please place the machine in a ventilated, cool and dust free environment.
- It is recommended to use consumables recommended by the manufacturer to avoid machine damage.
- Do not use any other power cable except the one supplied. Always use a grounded three-prong power outlet.
- Please do not open the plastic cover during usage, otherwise the printing will be interrupted.
- Do not wear cotton gloves when operating the printer. Such cloths may become tangled in the printers moving parts leading to burns, possible bodily injury, or printer damage.
- Please wait a moment after the print is finished. And please wear gloves to take out the print by tools.
- Clean the printer frequently. Always turn the power off when cleaning, and wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust, adhered printing plastics or any other material off the frame, guide rails, or wheels. Use glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to clean the print surface.
- Children under 10 years should not use the printer without supervision.
- This machine is equipped with a security protection mechanism. Do not manually move the nozzle and printing platform mechanism manually while booting up, otherwise the device will automatically power off for safety.
- Users should comply with the laws and regulations of the corresponding countries and regions where the equipment is located (used), abide by professional ethics, pay attention to safety obligations, and strictly prohibit the use of our products or equipment for any illegal purposes. 6.Filling the Filament
Cut the consumable port into an oblique angle with diagonal pliers, and manually send the consumable through the small pneumatic joint to the broken material detection switch. When the consumable passes through the extrusion gear, you can click feeding. When the consumables overflow from the nozzle, it means that the consumables loading is completed. It should be noted that because the machine has been tested before leaving the factory, there will be residual consumables in the nozzle, which may be inconsistent with the color of the consumables you want to use. At this time, you only need to extrude a small section of consumables to completely extrude the residual consumables in the nozzle, and then you can print the color you want.
Tips: How to change filament? When change the filament you need to heating up the nozzle temperature to 200 first. In “Refuel” option, touch “Retreat” then the filament will exit automatically, next you touch “Feed” to change a new filament.

(1) Double click to install the software.
Double click to open the software.
(2) Slicing
Open slicer → Load → Open file →Select the file → Save to file (Save to the
memory card)
(3) Printing
Touch “print” select the file then start printing(The file name only supports
letters and numbers).
Warning:
- Do not save more than 20 files in the memory card.
- Do not put any other files except Gcode. Otherwise, it may cause unstable operation of the machine or printing failure.
- Please don’t insert or remove storage card during printing.

Return / Exchange Policy
• Meet return / exchange time
- The e-commerce platform supports the return of goods without reason within 7 days, that is, the product signing time is 7 days after 168 hours.
- Due to the quality problem of the machine and non-human damage, you can apply for return and replacement within 15 days after signing.
- If the goods are purchased through another contract and the time of return and exchange is signed, the contract shall prevail, and the freight standard shall be subject to the after-sales service card.
• No damage, scratch, stain, crack, deformation, etc; Random accessories, tools, gifts, packaging, etc. are required to be complete and intact. According to our aftersales inspection, if the appearance of the product received by return / exchange is damaged, the parts are incomplete or the problem is caused by not packing and mailing according to the original packaging, the customer shall bear the corresponding expenses, and the specific loss and expenses shall be sent back to the professional aftersales personnel for inspection and accounting.
• If the consumables are used, the customer shall bear the cost of the consumables; Because the packing box or packing frame can not be used again after returning to the factory, the customer should bear the packing fee; The specific loss and cost should be sent back and checked by professional after- sales personnel.
• If the goods are returned or exchanged due to dislike, want, wrong auction, improper use and dissatisfaction with the product, the customer shall bear the return freight.
• When exchanging goods, the customer needs to send the machine back first, and the company will arrange the delivery in time after receiving the machine.

CREALITY does not guarantee the service as a result of:
- The proof of purchase being altered or made illegible.
- The product label or serial number on the product being altered or made illegible.
- Normal wear of accessories or consumables for use as release film.
- Malfunction or damage caused by personal retrofitting or improper installation and usage.
- Malfunction or damage caused by use in non-recommended working environments.
- Malfunction or damage caused by overuse (overload) or wrong maintenance (damp, mildew, etc.)
- Malfunction or damage caused by Force Majeure (fire hazard, earthquake, lightning and floods, etc.)
- Malfunction or damage caused by the use of other brand parts or consumable.

- UV lamp warranty for six months, 2K screen warranty for three months.
