The wireless bridge cannot connect multiple mobile phones or computers. If you need to change devices for scanning, please disconnect other occupied devices first.
2. What should I pay attention to when upgrading the wireless bridge firmware?
When upgrading the wireless bridge firmware, be sure that the charging handle powering it has more than 50% power (at least 2 lights on), or the device may brick.
If the device remains disconnected for more than a certain period oftime (some phones are set to 10 minutes), the Android system will automatically close the OTG connection, and the device status will stay offline. At this point, you need to locate the OTG switch in the Android system settings, confirm that the OTG function is enabled, and then connect to the device.
4. What kind of objects should novice users to start with?
Objects with rich geometric features and medium size (above 20cm), such as the horse sculptures in the unboxing video, teddy bears, etc.
5. Why is tracking lost when scanning objects?
It is easy to lose if the object being scanned is moving too fast. When the tracking is lost, move the scanner to the scanned place and wait for about few seconds to retrieve the tracked image. If you use an electric turntable, it is recommended to start the electric turntable when the tracking is stable (the object turns green) after starting scanning.
6. What is the recommended size for objects to scan?
It is recommended to scan objects about 15cm3 -200cm3.
7. What should I do when some locations are difficult to scan and result in holes in the generated model?
