Charging
- During charging, the LED flashes orange.
- When fully charged, the LED is solid orange.
Note
To maintain the life cycle of their batteries, the earphones and the charging
case should be charged at least once a month. Use a 5 V charger to charge the
case. Using fast chargers with an output over 5 V may damage the charging
case.
Touch Controls
- Play/pause, answer/end call: tap once
- Reject an incoming call: press for 2 seconds
- Previous track: tap twice on the L earphone
- Next track: tap twice on the R earphone
- Activate voice assistant: press for 2 seconds then release
Power On/Off
Automatic
- Turn on: take the earphones out of the charging case.
- Turn off: place the earphones back in the case.
Manual
- Turn on: press for 2 seconds.
- Turn off: press for 5 seconds.
Note
When the earphones are not connected to any Bluetooth-compatible device for 3
minutes, they will automatically turn off.
Bluetooth Pairing
First use
- Turn on the earphones. The two earphones will automatically connect to each other and go into pairing mode. In pairing mode, the LED indicator on one of the earphones will flash red and blue, while the LED indicator on the other earphone will stop flashing.
- Make sure the Bluetooth function on your smartphone (or another compatible device) is activated.
- Select “iMoshion TWS-i2” from the phone’s list of available Bluetooth devices.
Automatic pairing
After they have been manually paired to a device, the earphones will automatically connect to it every time they are turned on provided the device is within their Bluetooth range and its Bluetooth function is on.
Troubleshooting
The earphones cannot be turned on. Check if the earphones still have battery power. Place the earphones in the charging case and connect the case to power to charge for at least 1 h.
- Only one earphone has sound, and the 2 earphones cannot pair to each other.
1. Make sure both earphones are charged and can be turned on.
2. With the earphones turned off, tap 7 times to reset and return them to the factory settings. Manually pair the earphones with the device anew.
- The Bluetooth device cannot find the earphones.
1. The battery of the earphones is low.
2. The earphones are out of the device’s 10 m Bluetooth range.
3. Check if there are too many Bluetooth devices in the area. Turn some of them off and try again.
- The earphones are stuck or disconnected while in use.
1. Check if their battery is low.
2. The earphones are out of the device’s 10 m Bluetooth range.
3. An obstacle is blocking the Bluetooth signal.
4. The earphones are not paired and synchronized. Restart them.
Safety Instructions
- Do not use the earphones in situations where your hearing is required to avoid injury or damage.
- To avoid hearing damage, keep the volume at a moderate level when using the earphones. If you feel uncomfortable, remove the earphones, or turn down the volume immediately.
- To avoid distraction, do not use the earphones to listen to music or to take calls while driving and follow the legislation in your area.
- To avoid improper use, keep the earphones out of children’s reach.
- Do not store or use the earphones at extreme temperatures, otherwise the lifespan of the battery may be affected.
- Do not use the earphones in hot and humid environments such as in bathrooms.
- Do not immerse or expose the earphones to water or other liquids. Do not expose them to direct sunlight for an extended period.
- Do not open, dismantle, or attempt to repair the earphones yourself as that may cause damage, fire etc.
