193 E Quick Start Guide

  Please ensure that the drone and remote control batteries are fully charged before the flight.

  1. Precautions for using the ptz camera:
     Use note:
     A. Please remove the protective cover from the camera before starting this product.
     B. Do not touch the gimbal camera when starting this product!
     Because the gimbal is automatically calibrated at the moment of power-on, if you touch it without authorization, it will cause the gimbal to fail to calibrate properly, and the gimbal calibration function may be damaged! Please do not touch the camera while the gimbal is being calibrated when the power is on!

  2. Remote control with drone
     Turn on the power of the drone first and then turn on the power of the remote control. After the remote control of the drone is powered on, wait for about one minute to automatically pair the frequency.
     Note: The drone is placed on the flat ground directly in front of the remote controller, and the remote controller makes a “beep” after the frequency is successfully connected, and the drone and the remote controller are successfully linked. ! Important Hint:
     You must first correct the geomagnetism and then the gyroscope, otherwise it will affect the normal use.

  3. Geomagnetic correction
     Place the drone on a horizontal plane, press and hold the indicator button (as shown in Figure 1) for 5 seconds, and then the remote control will make a beeping sound to perform geomagnetic correction. At this time, the lights of the aircraft will flash quickly, pick up the drone and press (Figure 2) to indicate clockwise Rotate 3-5 circles, the remote control will make a beeping sound, and then rotate the camera downwards (Picture 3) for 3-5 circles, the remote control will make a beeping sound, the geomagnetic calibration is completed!

  4. Drone gyroscope and gimbal level calibration Place the drone on a level surface, press and hold the remote control for 5 seconds to make a beeping sound, press the button as shown in the figure, and the calibration is successful.

  5. Flight mode switch
     Note: The default GPS mode (GPS MODE) is when the product is powered on. The UAV can only unlock the motor but cannot take off without reaching 8 satellites. To take off, you need to switch the indoor mode before the satellite positioning is completed. Press and hold the headless mode key for 5 seconds (the switching method is shown in the right figure). After the switch is successful, the remote control will emit a click, At this time, the UAV will not have all the functions related to GPS (one key return, low power return, runaway return, etc.) Pay attention to the flight altitude distance to avoid the loss of UAV!
     Note * After GPS positioning is completed, you cannot switch to ATTI MODE indoor mode. To switch, you need to shut down and restart the drone and remote control.

  6. NORMAL MODE smooth mode switch SPORT MODE sports mode
     Note: The product is powered on by default in the NOEMAL MODE stable mode. The drone has obstacle avoidance functions. If you switch to the SPORT MODE sport high gear mode, the drone obstacle avoidance function will automatically fail. At this time, the drone will not have all obstacle avoidance functions.
     Need to pay attention to the flight height and distance, pay attention to the surrounding flying environment, to avoid damage to the drone due to improper flight.

  7. Drone unlockAt this time, the throttle stick and the directional stick are pushed to the lower left corner and the lower right corner at the same time (Figure 1), or pushed to the lower right corner and the lower left corner (Figure 2) at the same time, the unlocking can be completed, and the motor can fly after starting.

  8. Description of remote control antenna
     In order to make the transmission signal between the remote controller and the aircraft better, the remote control distance is longer, and the flight distance is longer, please use the product according to the following instructions.

  9. Drone and remote control battery charging How to take out the drone battery Press the battery latch and remove the battery backwards.

ATTI MODE indoor mode is applicable to indoor open places. 1. Propeller installation

2. Aircraft lithium battery

-Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on, and then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off.
-Once the battery is in a low state, there is one light left in the battery power indicator. Please charge the battery immediately to avoid damage caused by excessive discharge of the battery.
Battery installation
Press the battery button down, and then push the battery into the drone battery holder. After the installation is complete, the battery clip will pop up and check to ensure that the battery is in place.

Warm reminder : If the battery is not installed in place, it is likely to cause an aerial power failure and fall accident of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
After the UAV is used, please turn off the battery power in time and take it out, and properly place it in a cool place to prevent the UAV from heating and causing damage due to long-time electrification.
Note: If the UAV does not take off for more than 10 minutes when it is powered on, the battery will start the protection program and automatically power off!

Drone battery charging

Tips:

• Insert the plug in the correct way.
• It is recommended to use 5V 1-2A adapter for charging.
• When charging the rechargeable battery, do not use it for children alone. It must be carried out under the supervision of an adult. It must be kept away from flammable materials during charging. The guardian should not leave the aircraft outside the surveillance range during charging.
• Do not short circuit or squeeze the battery to avoid explosion.
• The power supply terminals should not be taken out of the model, and the terminals should not be short-circuited; do not short-circuit, disassemble or throw the battery into fire; do not place the battery in high temperature and heat places (such as in a fire or near an electric heating device).
• The model can only use the recommended charger. Regularly check the charger’s wires, plugs, shells and other parts for damage. If you find any damage, stop using it until the repair is complete.
• The charger is not a toy; the charger can only be used indoors.
• The battery must be charged and stored after the flight. If not in use, it is recommended to charge the battery at least once every 3 months to avoid over-discharging the battery and permanently damaging the battery.

Drone Pairing

Geomagnetic Correction Function

• Do not perform calibration in areas with strong magnetic fields, such as magnetic deposits, parking lots, construction areas with underground steel bars, etc.
• Do not carry ferromagnetic materials with you during calibration, such as keys and mobile phones.
• Do not calibrate near large pieces of metal.

Flight mode
One-click Takeoff / Landing

• After the drone is unlocked, press the one-button take-off button briefly, and the drone will automatically take off to hover at a height of about 1.5 meters.

Headless Mode

Press the headless mode button, the remote controller will make a “dipping” sound. When the drone is unlocked, the direction pointed by the nose is directly in front of the flight. During the flight, rotate the drone in the direction to direct the flight. When the drone is unlocked, the direction the nose points.
Return Home Function
The drone has a home function. If the home point is successfully recorded before takeoff, the communication signal between the remote control and the drone is lost or the home key is pressed, the drone will automatically return to the home point and land to prevent accidents.
There are three different ways for drones to return home:

1. One-click return
2. Signal return
3. Low battery return.

Note for return flight:

• During auto return, the drone cannot avoid obstacles.
• When GPS signal is not good or GPS is not working, you cannot return to home.
• ATTI MODE indoor mode does not have this function

One-click Return
Home Point: When taking off or during flight, when GPS receives 7 or more stars for the first time, it will record the current position of the drone as the home point.

When the GPS signal is good (the number of satellites is greater than 7), you can start the drone home by pressing the one-way home button on the remote control. The home process is the same as the uncontrolled home. Use the stick to control the drone to avoid obstacles. Press the home button again to exit home, and the user can regain control.
Signal Return
The GPS signal is good (the number of GPS satellites is greater than 7), the compass is working normally, and after the drone successfully records the home point, if the remote control signal and the APP signal are off for more than 6 seconds, the flight control system will take over the control of the drone Control the drone to fly back to the signal and stop.
Low Battery Return
After the drone is low-voltage, the indicator light will flash slowly. At this time, the drone will automatically return to the vicinity of the takeoff point 20 meters. (After the low-power drone returns to the vicinity of the take-off point, the height and distance of the drone will be limited to 20 meters)
Reminder: The drone is in the low-power return mode, and the remote control cannot cancel the return mode.
The Influence Of Temperature And Environment On The Use Of Drone Lithium Battery:

1. Temperature has a certain influence on lithium batteries: the best battery temperature is 20~30°C, low temperature environment will reduce the activity of lithium ions, the battery discharge capacity will become weaker, and the use time will be shortened.
2. The impact of the flight environment on the endurance time: When the UAV encounters heavy wind or headwind during the flight, due to the greater resistance, it consumes fast power and shortens the battery life.
   Therefore, when flying outdoors, pay attention to the weather and nearby environment. If the temperature is low, the wind is high or the wind is flying, be careful not to fly far, and return to the home in advance with sufficient battery power to avoid insufficient power in the midway to complete the return.

Working Principle Of Gps Function And Precautions For Use
After the drone and the remote control are successfully paired, the GPS module on the drone will be connected to the satellite. When taking off in GPS mode, if the signal is interrupted, there are generally the following two situations:

2. 1. One-key return, low power return: If the drone returns to the vicinity of the take-off point, the user can control the drone through the joystick to avoid obstacles.
2. Return to home when the signal is cut off: Because the signal of the drone and the remote controller is disconnected, the remote controller cannot control the drone. The drone returns to the vicinity of the take-off point at a height of 20 meters or more and then falls vertically to the ground.

In summary, users need to pay attention to the following points when using the drone to return home:

1. When using the GPS MODE mode, the drone should be in an open and unobstructed place outdoors, otherwise, once the drone triggers the return-to-home procedure, it will rise vertically and hit an obstacle.
2. The take-off point of the drone should be far away from complex places such as crowds, water, tall buildings, signal towers, trees, etc., and take off in a relatively open place to prevent it from landing directly on obstacles or water when the signal is turned off.
3. Attention: Before using the UAV, it is necessary to know the surrounding environment in advance, including the route environment. The flight altitude of the UAV cannot be too low during flight. The UAV will return to the takeoff point in a straight line after the homing procedure is enabled. Attention should be paid to avoid damage caused by collision with obstacles during the homing process, resulting in the inability to return. (The obstacle avoidance function may fail due to the activation of high gear in the return procedure).

Tip
Because the obstacle avoidance of UAV is realized by visual camera, similar to human eyes, in the dark environment at night, the visual camera can’t see the obstacle, and the obstacle avoidance function will fail. Therefore, it is recommended that novices choose to fly in the day with sufficient light.

Facing the camera front lens, the following gestures can trigger the automatic photographing or shooting function of the aircraft:

At about 2m in front of the aircraft lens, raise one hand flat to make the “Yes” gesture; After the aircraft successfully recognizes the gesture, the countdown is 3 seconds and the camera starts to take pictures.
Palm gesture video
Close the five fingers and lift flat with one hand about 2m in front of the aircraft lens; After the aircraft successfully recognizes the gesture, the video recording will begin. When recognizing the gesture again, end the recording (the time difference between the two recognition should be greater than 3 seconds).
*Warm tips
To ensure high recognition rate of the lens——

1. Please aim at the camera;
2. Please fly in a light environment;
3. Please conduct gesture recognition at a position about 2m away from the camera.
4. Ask the user to face the camera; (Face auxiliary features)

Under the following circumstances, the lens recognition rate will be reduced——

1. Weak light or backlight environment;
2. WiFi signal is weak, or the signal is disturbed.

MV Interface

Click the button on the right side of the screen on the control page to enter the MV interface. In the MV interface, you can shoot music videos.

Rotating picture
Click this button to enable the rotation screen function. At this time, the finger slides on the screen to rotate the image;
