metos SW-III-30K-MR-D Scale

Introduction

• The SW-III series of weighing scale are ABS plastic housing and stainless steel platform.
• The SW-III series of weighing scales are super low power consumption.
• All the keypads are light touch switches and the displays are large easy to read liquid crystal type displays (LCD).
• The LCD’s size is 25mm, the LCD’s without a backlight, this method is used for economize electric power.
• If user want to use, User select optional 15mm rear display.
• All units include zero, tare,check weighing function.

Key function

Zero

• Set the zero point for all subsequent weighing. Display shows zero.

Tare

• Tares the scale. Stores the current weight in memory as a tare value, subtracts the tare value from the weight and shows the results. This is the net weight.

ON/OFF

• Turn on or turn off the power.

Operation

Power ON/OFF

• Switch on the scale by pressing ON/OFF. The display is switched on and the self test is started.
• If you want to switch off press the key again.
• Environmental conditions can lead to the balance exactly zero in spite of the pan not taking any strain. However, you can set the display of your balance to zero any time by pressing ZERO key and therefore ensure that the weighing starts at zero.
• The weight of any container can be tared by pressing TARE button so that with subsequent weighing the net weight of the object being weighed is always displayed.
• Load weight on the pan.
• Press TARE key. Zero is displayed, and tare is subtracted.
• Remove weight from the platform. Tared weight is displayed. It can set only one tare value. It can display with a minus value.
• Press TARE key. Zero is displayed, tare weight is cleared.

Set Back Light

In the weighing mode, press and hold ZERO key. Display will be show “BK-AU” Press TARE key to change display to

• BK- AU for to set back light turn on automatically
• BK- oF for to set back light turn off always

Set limits

• In the weighing mode, press and hold TARE key. The display will be show “0.000” ( Hi limits set ) and Red backlight.
• Press TARE key to change the value, and press ZERO key to shift location. When the shift to the last, press the ZERO key to confirm. The display will be show “0.000” ( Low limits set ) and an Orange backlight.
• Press TARE key to change the value, and press the ZERO key to shift location. When the shift to the last, press the ZERO key to confirm and come back to the weighing mode

Backlight color

• High: Red
• Ok: Green
• Low: Orange

Parameters & Calibration

Enter setting mode

• To set parameters, first turn on the weighing scales, hold the tare key during self-checking, until display show “F1 CAL”, then need press the calibration switch.
• After entering the setting parameter, the display will show ”F1 CAL”. press zero key, display shows “UNLD”, empty the platter, after STABLE indicator on,
• press zero key again, the display shows the calibrated weight, you can press tare key to select calibrate weight, after you select, put the calibrate weight on, after the STAB-LE indicator on, press zero key to sure, display shows “pass ”, the calibrate finish .

Set resolution

After entering the setting parameter, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press the tare key, the display shows “F2 RES ”, press the ZERO key to enter, press tare key to select resolution,

Change capacity

After entering the setting parameter, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press tare key, until the display shows “F3 CAP ”, press the ZERO key to enter, press the tare key to select capacity, and press the zero key to sure.

Check internal counts

After entering the setting mode, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press the tare key select, until the display shows “F4 INP”, press the zero key to enter, the display shows internal counts, and press the TARE key to return to setting mode.

Power auto-off

After entering the setting parameter, the display shows “F1 CAL”, press the TARE key, until the display shows “F5 OFF ”, press the ZERO key to enter, press the TARE key to select the auto-off time(3/5/15/off) , press the ZERO key to confirm.

Note
Below the scale, there is a breathable knob. It’s default setting is for weight. If you want to wash tighten the knob, after wash release the knob for weigh

• When want to weigh, release the screw for getting normal pressure
• When want to wash, tight sc-rew for getting seal
