1.4 INSTALLATION
1.4.1.Turn the handle
Notice: Adjust the handle according to the direction you open the door.
For Front Panel:

1.4.2 INSTALLATION DIAGRAM (FOR 5572)
STEP 1: INSTALL MORTISE

1. The screw casing place is adjustable from 55mm to 100mm far from the
square shaft.

OPERATION
2.1 REGISTER
-
Click on “Sign Up” and read the Privacy Policy after it pops up. Click on “Agree” to enter the registration page.

You can use email or mobile number for account registration. The country/region of the app will be the same as the country/region of your phone. You can also change it while registering.
Note: You cannot change the country/region after the registration). -
Enter mobile number/email and click on “Get Verification Code” to get the same.

Enter the verification code to proceed to the password setting page. Set your password as required and click on “Done”.
2.2 LOG IN
If you already have an account, choose “Log in”, and enter your login
details.

The system will automatically locate the current country/region you are in.
You can also choose the country/region manually. -
Enter mobile number/email and password.

Third-party Social Account Log in – You can also log in using your Facebook/Google account after authorizing it. If you are using iPhone, you can also log in with your Apple ID.

2.5.1. MEMBERS AND MANAGEMENT
Two different kinds of members
-
Family members- It refers to the type of member who are consistent users in the family group; when a new user is added to the family group, one more family member will appear in the door lock member’s section.
Note: Deletion of family members can only happen in the family member management section of the app. -
Other members- It refers to users who only appear in the door lock, not users in the app family group. Adding or deleting such users will not affect the members of the app family group.
Family members and other members management
- Validity period: Once added, the family member’s use time permission is permanent, and has the corresponding use permission until the administrator chooses to delete the member.
- Door opening method: The administrator can determine the type of permissions that respective members have to open the door. If the administrator closes all the door opening permissions of a member, the user can no longer maintain his own door opening method through the app.
Other members management
- Validity period: The administrator can determine the length of validity period for other members. It can be set to be permanently effective, or a specified Start time-End time can be set.
- Door opening method: The administrator can determine the type of permissions for the member to open the door (Same as family members).
- After creating another member, the administrator can associate the member with a user of the app, through “share” operation.
When the user’s specified end time is reached, the user’s app will automatically lose the device.
2.5.2. OPENING RECORD
You can check the door logins in the door opening log. The records are
arranged in reverse order. The unlock ID that has been associated with a
username, will display the corresponding username; while the unlock ID that
has not been associated with any username, will display the specific unlock
ID.
About the Opening Log display:
When the door lock is connected to the mobile phone bluetooth, the door
opening record will be displayed in the app in real time, apart from being
cached locally in the door lock, waiting for the next time the door lock is
connected with the mobile phone bluetooth and the door is opened for
supplementary transmission.
A Homepage setting entrance-you can set fingerprint, password, card,
temporary password, automatic lock and volume setting.
B If you turn on the automatic lock setting, it will be automatically
lock five seconds after unlocking. If you turn off this setting, the lock is
in normal open mode, if left open.
By connecting the door lock via bluetooth app, the administrator can enroll fingerprints for himself or other family members; before enrolling, select the user corresponding to the fingerprint. Click “Start Enrolling” to enter the fingerprint enroll interface. Each collection needs the fingerprint to be entered five times.
2.5.3. PASSWORD MANAGEMENT
Connect the door lock with App through Bluetooth, the administrator can enter
the password for themself or other family members; before adding the password,
select the user corresponding to the added password
Click on “Add Password” to enter the password entry interface, which supports
random generation and custom passwords. Remarks: The hijacking password refers
to opening the account. Using this password to open the door will trigger an
app hijacking alarm (the same applies to fingerprints and door cards).
2.5.4. DOOR CARD MANAGEMENT
Connect the door lock with App through Bluetooth, the administrator can enter the door card for themself or other family members; before adding the door card, select the user corresponding to the added door card and click on “Add door card” to enter the card entry interface, and place the card on the door lock which corresponds to the sensing area for swiping input.
2.5.5. TEMPORARY CODE MANAGEMENT
Online Code:
By connecting the door lock via bluetooth app, the administrator can enter
a temporary password for himself or other family members, choose a one-time
password or a periodic password as needed.
Offline Code:
When the bluetooth is not connected, you can still generate One-time Code,
Offline Temporary Code and Clear Code. These passwords are randomly generated
and do not need to be set.
3.1 ADD GATEWAY (OPTION)
3.1.1. ADD BLUETOOTH GATEWAY
- Power on the gateway. Turn on the phone bluetooth and connect to 2.4g Wi-Fi (note that if the router supports both 2.4g and 5G modes, the phone must be connected to a 2.4g network; 2.4g and 5G hybrid modes are not supported).
- After the gateway is powered on and stable, confirm that the WiFi indicator light is glowing blue. If the indicator is in other state, long press the reset button near the power jack until the blue light starts glowing. The positions of the indicator and the button are as shown in the picture.
- Click the “Add Device” button or the “+” in the upper right corner — “Select Gateway control”–” Wireless Gateway (bluetooth) “, as shown in picture 1.
- As shown in picture 2, reset the device as prompted, confirm that the red indicator flashes, search for the devices and complete the addition.
3.1.2. ADD DOOR LOCK TO THE BLUETOOTH GATEWAY
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ADD BLUETOOTH DOOR LOCK DEVICE UNDER BLUETOOTH
GATEWAY
Method 1:
Enter the bluetooth Gateway Device App panel (as shown in picture 1),
select add in the list, and jump to the list of bluetooth door lock devices
that have been added (as shown in picture 2).
Method 2:
Select the new device to search, select the “door lock” sub-device (as shown
in picture 3), and start the bluetooth door lock distribution network process.
Note
- You need to reset the time after replacing the battery, each time.
- The lock can be opened using default code 123456 followed by # in trial mode.
- When the voltage is lower than 4.6V, the lock will automatically raise an alarm every time. After the alarm, the lock can be unlocked for 200 times. After these number of times, the delay time of each lock opening session will be 2 seconds.
- Passage Mode: When the touch screen is lit, a voice prompt “Please enter lock information” comes. At this point, enter valid lock information. Press “5” and then press “#”, and the voice prompt “passage mode, please pay attention to lock” comes to open passage mode. Enter valid unlock information again. Passage mode closed.
Method 1
Open the cover of the battery, long press the “Reset” button on the back panel
for 5s, with a prompt “initialization success” and the initialization is
complete passage mode. Enter valid unlock information again. Passage mode
closed.
Press the electronic lock button, it prompts “lock” and the door lock has been locked. At this time, you can only pass the administrator’s verification to unlock or press it again, and it prompts that the “unlock” electronic anti- lock function is closed.
FAQs
How to read operation records?
Select “Opening record” option on lock main interface
Why can’t I unlock it after opening the passage mode?
You need to perform an unlock verification in any method, only then the passage mode will take effect.
What is the purpose of Auto Lock option?
You can use it to set how long the lock stays open after unlocking.
After installation, touch sensing keyboard or screen not responding.
a) First check that the positive and negative electrodes of the battery have been installed upside down. b) Check whether the battery has enough power. c) Remove the back panel body and see if it’s connected with the front panel. d) Remove the lock and check whether the connecting wires of lock body are not squeezed or twisted.
Unable to register fingerprint.
a) Check the fingers for dirt or wear. Also check the fingerprint sensor on the lock for dirt and oil stains, etc. b) Check if the fingerprint sensor is working properly (Press any fingerprint on sensor to see if there is any response.
Why is the smart lock consuming power faster than usual?
a) Large standby power consumption. b) Short circuit.
There is no response to pressing the handle on outside the door but the door is unlocked normally from inside, the user verification is successful and the motor function is normal.
Kindly check if the triangle direction on the clutch is properly alligned.
After how many incorrect password attempts will the lock go in auto secure mode? For how long it will be in auto secure mode?
Every time you enter a wrong password more than 5 times in a row, the keyboard is locked for 90 seconds.
