  Yes. You can plug the charging cable from a USB port to the headset and charge while you are on a call. Of course, getting up and walking around is restrained while it is plugged in.

• What is the difference between this one and the regular zone wireless headset? Other than Microsoft certification?
  Never having used the headset you are mentioning I can only comment that the Microsoft Cert allows the headset to be used with Microsoft Teams which my company uses. Works great for business and group meetings. Comfortable and the battery holds a charge for at least 9 hrs.

  Only the Zone Wireless Plus version comes with the unifying receiver.
