The Creative Limited Hardware Warranty (the “Warranty”) does not cover (but not limited to) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that, due to their nature, tend to diminish over time; normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse. You must provide Creative proof oforiginal purchase of the Product by a dated itemized receipt to be eligible for the Warranty. If a Defect arises and a valid claim is received during the applicable Warranty Period, Creative will at its sole option, service the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts at our sole discretion. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws.
