INSTALLATION
Tips and tricks to help you get started with your new Express UNIT

Remove unit from the box. Wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry pump parts properly before use.

Squeeze the pinch valve open to ensure it isn’t stuck shut, then insert into the pump housing.

Press dome into housing fully and wrap the loop around the lower opening to secure

Lubricate with a small amount of clean water and install the tube by rotating until both pegs on the housing fit into holes on the tube.

Lubricate with water and install connector by rotating until both pegs on connector fit into holes on tube.
THE CONNECTOR MUST POINT AWAY FROM THE END OF THE DISCHARGE TUBE -
Insert discharge fitting into the discharge tube. Place loop of fitting around the peg on the end of the discharge tube.

Insert the connector into the pouch fitment. Tighten threaded ring to secure.
Prime the pump by pressing the dome to draw food up to the discharge tube. -
Slide pouch and pump into the shroud. Align pump guides into slots

Snap lid on. The back tab of the lid snaps into place. If you haven’t primed yet, press the lever several times until you see the product in the discharge tube.
