1. Q: What should I do if I discover a fault with the product?
   A: Customers should give notice to suppliers within ten (10) days after discovering faults. Provide necessary assistance to Fenergy for failure detection. Fenergy will respond within 48 hours, analyze the fault reason, and provide technical instructions for customer repair. Customers can apply for free spare parts from Fenergy in case replacements are required. A written claim report about fault description, serial number of products, photos of products, and applied spare parts must be sent to Fenergy for verification.

2. Q: Can I perform modifications or rework on the product without Fenergy’s consent?
   A: No, modifications or reworking should not be performed without Fenergy’s consent. Fenergy cannot accept claims if modifications or rework have been done without consent. Spare parts are offered for free within the warranty period. Overdue the warranty, all should be offered at customer’s cost.

3. Q: What happens to the faulty parts replaced by the customer?

Warranty

• Guang Dong Fenergy Technology Co , Ltd (Fenergy) warrants that products supplied to Customer pursuant to this Agreement / Contract should meet merchantable quality, all applicable safety standards and free from any defect of design, material and workmanship within the warranty period. The warranty period is Twenty-four (24) months since from the delivery date. The warranties does not include the damages resulted from inappropriate storage, incorrect installation, improper operation or bad environment.
• Customers should give notice to suppliers within ten (10) days after discovered some or all products not comply with the warranty as settled out. Customers should provide necessary assistance to Fenergy company for failure detection, Fenergy will make the response within 48hours. Fenergy will analyze the fault reason and provide technical instruction for customer tore pair products.
• Customer can apply the spare parts from Fenergy for free in case replacements are required. A written claim report about fault description, serial number of products, photos of  product sand applied spare parts must be sent to Fenergy for verification. Fenergy can’t accept the claim if modifications or reworking have been performed without Fenergy consent. Spare parts are offered for free within the warranty period. Overdue the warranty, all should be offered at customer’s cost.

Precautions

• Do not use a private generator as a charging power source;
• The working range is -30°C~50°C, please do not operate it at temperatures over this range; This product is strictly prohibited to be used after soaking in water, it can be used in  normal rain, try to avoid using it in heavy rain;
• If the charging gun cable of this product is damaged or the charging gun shell is broken, it is strictly prohibited to use it, please contact the after-sales service;
• When using this product to charge, it is necessary to couple the gun head and the vehicle interface in place; the connection indicator light is on (green light on), indicating that the charging gun is connected to the vehicle well;
• When using this product to charge, if there are children nearby, it is recommended to restrain the children reasonably, and it is strictly forbidden to operate or pull the product, or play around the product;
• When using this product to charge, try to avoid exposing the charging gun to the rain to avoid unnecessary losses;
• Do not touch metal conductors to avoid electric shock accidents when using high current during working;
• The shell of the charging gun of the product is thermoplastic, and it should not be impacted by external force to avoid affecting the use;
• Try to avoid coiling and winding of the gun wire when charging, and try to avoid the friction between the gun wire and the ground to damage the cable jacket;
• After charging is completed, first disconnect the charging button on the car, then press the mechanical lock hook on the charging gun, remove the charging gun, and insert the  charging gun into the gun mount. It is strictly forbidden to discard the charging gun on the ground to avoid damage to the charging gun ;
• Incorrect installation and testing of this product may damage the vehicle’s battery, components and/or the AC charging station itself. Any resulting damage is not covered by the warranty;

Installation Notice

• The AC charging station must be installed by personnel who are trained and qualified to operate electrical systems, Otherwise, the seller is not responsible for any consequence arising from the incorrect use of this equipment by the buyer. A qualified installer should haves certified skills and knowledge related to the construction, installation and operation of this type of electrical device and received safety training to recognize and avoid the hazards involved.
• All applicable local, regional, and national regulations must be applied when installing, repairing and maintaining this device.
• RCD of the charger is integrated 15mA AC, please install a Type A breaker outside.

Checks before starting the installation process

• Ensure the charger’s location allows good operational access for normal use and repair & maintenance.
• Ensure the AC input components within the premise’s power supply are correctly fitted and with required protection items before install the charger station.

Installation Procedure

1. Please use a percussion drill to drill holes according to the cardboard positioning
2. Install expansion bolts(6M660MM)
3. fix the Mounting backplane with self=tapping screws(6M550mm)
4. Align the main unit with the buckle on the back panel and install it, and then use screw  to fix（4M540）

Instructions

1. When the machine is on standby normally, the indicator light is fixed blue.
2. Remove the charging gun from the holder, insert the charging gun into the car charging socket.
3. After the gun insertion completed, the vehicle automatically starts to charge normally, and the blue meteor light on.
4. The indicator light always turns green after the charge is completed.

• Thank you for choosing Fenergy products. When you have any performance failure that is not artificially damaged during the use of the products, you will enjoy the service promise of repair, replacement and return of Fenergy (hereinafter referred to as “three guarantees”).
• In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please take good care of three packets of vouchers, invoices or other purchase vouchers after purchasing Fenergy products.
• The validity period of the three packages of the product shall be calculated from the date
  on which you receive the product (hereinafter referred to as receipt of goods).

Service content

1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt, ensure that the goods received are in good condition, the packaging and accessories of the products are complete, and if there is a performance failure that is not artificially damaged, you can make a full refund at the invoice price, or replace the products of the same model and specification, or repair them free of charge.
2.  From the 8th to 15th day from the date of receipt, when the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged, the product of the same model and specification can be replaced, or repaired free of charge.
3. Free repair within 24 months from the date of receipt. During the free repair period, products that can not be used normally after two repairs are confirmed by Fenergy test, you can replace the products of the same model and specification free of charge with the valid maintenance record. The seller is responsible for the replacement of the product.
