Setup Your Camera

3.1 Check Your Wi-Fi Setting
a. Please make sure your Wi-Fi router is DHCP enabled.
b. The WiFi network encryption is WPA or WPA2. Please ensure no special characters or symbols in the WiFi username or password.

3.2 Download Myannke and Sign In
a. Search “Myannke” APP in Apple Store or Google Play and install it
b. Open the APP If you already had an account, select “Sign In”, if you do not have an account, select “Sign Up”.
c. Continue and finish the registration process.
* Note: Please allow the APP to access the location, storage, notification, microphone, and speaker of your phone.

3.3 Add the Camera
a. Tap the icon “+”, then choose “Smart Camera”.
b. Choose the configure mode.
c. Select your WiFi, and then enter the WiFi passwords.
d. Follow the instruction to complete the connection.

3.4 Set Camera Password
For your privacy, you may set a password for the camera and keep it in mind.

Micro SD Card Setting

4.1 Install the micro SD Card
a. Roll up the lens of your camera and find the micro SD card slot.
b. Insert the micro SD card into the slot by following the signs.
(*Note: Supports a micro SD card of 128 GB max storage.)

4.2 Format the Micro SD Card
a. Tap the icon “ ”, choose the “SD Card” to automatically format the micro SD card.
b. Used storage and remaining capacity can be checked.

Trouble Shooting

If there’s a problem in the camera’s operation, please refer to the situation and try the following solutions.
The Camera is Not Working If the camera doesn’t work, please try the following solutions:

  • Check if the adapter is connected to the power.
  • If the camera is connected to power but still not working, please try another adapter once again.

The Camera is Offline
If the camera says offline, please try the following solutions:

  • Please check the camera is in the range of WiFi connection. If the distance between the camera and WiFi is too far, the poor connection may affect the camera’s operation.

Fail to Receive Notifications
If you cant receive notifications on your mobile devices, please try the following solutions:

  • Ensure you have enabled “App Notification” in Notification settings on the Myannke App settings. (Tap “Me” and find the setting icon)

Fail to Record or Playback Video
If you can’t record or playback videos, please try the following solutions:

  • Please check that the microSD card is inserted correctly in the slot.
  • Please ensure that the microSD card is a branded card, not fake, and the max storage should not exceed 128G.

Preventive and Cautionary Tips
Before connecting and operating your camera, please check the below important preventive & cautionary tips:

  • Please install the camera away from the elderly and children, so as not to cause electrical injury. Ensure the electric safety to avoid fire caused by current overload.
  • Do not drop the camera or subject it to physical shock.
  • Do not touch the camera lens with fingers. If cleaning is necessary, use a clean cloth with a bit of ethanol and wipe it gently.
  • Do not aim the camera to the sun or extra bright positions. Blooming or smearing may occur otherwise (which is not a malfunction), and affect the lifespan of the sensor at the same time.
  • The camera sensor may be burned by a laser beam, so when any laser equipment is in use nearby, make sure that the camera lens will not be exposed to the laser beam.
  • Do not place the camera in extremely hot, cold or dusty environments, and do not expose it to high electromagnetic radiation.
  • To avoid heat accumulation, good ventilation is required for the operating environment.
  • Indoor Pan Tilt Camera is designed for indoor use only.
  • Outdoor Bullet Camera and Mini Pan Tilt Dome Camera supports dustproof and waterproof. ldeal for outdoor use .Please make sure to fix it firmly. Avoid injury from falling.
