*Long press for more than 5 seconds to factory reset
Operations
- The pet cam can be placed on a flat surface like a desktop, dining table, etc., or mounted on the wall. Press of the 3M sticker on the back of the product, stick it to the expected location and press it evenly for 10 seconds.
*The wall needs to be able to withstand at least 3 times the total weight of the camera.
- Power up
Plug the power cord into the camera’s Type-C power input at the back to turn on.
*This power adapter (USB 5 V 1 A) is not included, please find a spare one yourself. - After power-on, you will hear a prompt tone, and the Wi-Fi LED flashes slowly in blue at the same time, and you are ready to set up!
Download the Petoneer app and set up the camera.
Notice:
- The pet cam doesn’t support the 5 GHz Wi-Fi, please make sure your Wi-Fi is 2.4 G.
- If the Wi-Fi indicator is not blinking slowly after power-on, please long press and hold the button until the indicator blinks slowly.

This product is for indoor use only; please do not use it in a humid environment or outdoors.

Make sure that there are no obstructions around the device.

The camera should be placed within the coverage area of the Wi-Fi signal.

Do not place near the source of strong electromagnetic interference.

Night vision camera flickering
Since night-time cameras use infrared technology to produce high-resolution images in low light conditions, the interruption of headlights can sometimes cause flickering as the camera automatically adjusts from infrared to normal light to produce the image. -
Children can only use under the guidance of adults.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2
years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period,
contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of
purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions,
for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
- Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the product.
- Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
- Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
- Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
- If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
