To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous substances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such devices are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment along with unsorted household waste. Dispose of it separately and properly instead.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycling bins.

DANGER! This symbol, when combined with the note Danger, means high risk. Failure to observe this warning may lead to injury to life and limb.
**** DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

  • Packing materials are not toys. Children must not play with the packing materials. There is a suffocation risk.
  • This product may be used by children 8 years and up as well as persons with physical, sensory, or mental impairments or lacking experience and knowledge, when supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and understanding the associated risks.
  • Children must not play with the device.
  • Children must not perform cleaning and maintenance without supervision.
  • Keep the device out of the reach of children.

DANGER!

  • Check the product for visible external damage before use. Do not use the product if it is damaged or if it has been dropped.

  • Never open the product casing. This product has no internal parts that require maintenance.

  • Metal objects between the charger and the device being charged will heat up and may burn the device. Remove any foreign objects from the charger before charging the device.

  • Improper handling of lithium polymer batteries can result in fire, explosions, the leaking of hazardous substances, or other dangerous situations! Do not throw the product into a fire, as this could lead to the explosion of the built-in battery.

  • Observe the usage restrictions and prohibitions for battery-operated products in potentially hazardous situations, such as at gas stations, airports, hospitals, etc.
    CAUTION! This symbol highlights dangerous situations that can lead to minor to moderate injuries, damage, malfunction, and/or destruction of the device.
    To prevent harm or damage from happening to users or others, make sure to comply with the following requirements.

  • Always use the product on flat and smooth surfaces. The product may be damaged if it falls.

  • Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or high temperatures. It may otherwise overheat and be damaged beyond repair.

  • Do not operate the product near heat sources, such as radiators or other heat-producing devices.

  • Do not operate the product near open flames. The product is not designed for use in dusty spaces or in spaces with high temperatures or humidity (i.e., bathrooms).

  • Do not expose the product to dripping or splashing water, and do not place liquid-filled containers, such as vases or drinks, on top of or beside the product.

  • Do not expose the product to extremely high temperatures. This applies, in particular, to store the product in your car. Over a prolonged period of time, the car and the glove compartment could become extremely hot. Remove any electric and electronic devices from your car.

  • Do not use the product immediately after moving it from a cold to a warm room. Allow the product to adjust before switching it on.

  • Do not convert or modify the product.

  • Do not attach any metal objects to the Qi charging surface.

  • Do not use the device to charge wirelessly when covered with a towel, a layer of dust, etc.

  • Do not allow the Qi charging surface to get wet.

  • Do not use the Qi charging surface if it is malfunctioning. Immediately switch off the product and remove the charging cable from the device if you smell burning or see smoke. Has the product been checked by a qualified technician before using it again?

  • Do not subject the Qi charging surface to strong forces or impact. Failure to do so may result in damage, injury, and/or malfunction.

  • Do not place magnetic recording media inside the charging area while charging. The generated magnetism may wipe credit card data. It may also cause wristwatches and other precision instruments to malfunction.

  • During and immediately after charging, the Qi charging surface and mobile device will be warm. This is normal and not a malfunction. If it is unusually hot, check the Qi charging surface and the mobile device.

  • Always place only one mobile device to charge on the Qi charging surface, since only one device can be charged by Qi at a time. Compatibility with all Qi devices cannot be guaranteed.

  • Do not attach an anti-slip mat or stickers to the Qi charging surface. The presence of such objects between the mobile device to be charged and the Qi charging surface may prevent charging.

  • If a cover or decorative accessory that does not comply with the Qi wireless power standard has been attached to the supported device, it may not be possible for the device to be charged depending on the material, thickness, etc. of the cover or accessory. In such cases, remove the attached cover or accessory.

Maintenance and cleaning

Cleaning:
Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning! Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean. They can damage the product! Protect the device from water drops and water spray. Only use a clean, dry cloth for cleaning the device, and never use any corrosive liquids. Use a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove any stubborn dirt. Make sure moisture does not enter the product while cleaning to prevent damage to the product and related repairs.
Storage
– When no longer using the device, store it in a dry environment, protected from dust and direct sunlight.
– If the device is not going to be used for a long period of time, you should recharge it on a regular basis. This helps maintain battery performance.
– Store your device inside the original case provided.

INSTRUCTIONS

How to use

  1. Power bank charging (B1):
    · Use the micro-USB cable or the Type-C cable to charge the power bank.
    · Connect the USB cable to the USB port.

  2.  Phone charging (B2):
    · Dual charging.
    · Charge your Qi-compatible phones wirelessly

TROUBLESHOOTING

Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
I cannot charge my Qi-compatible device. Make sure its battery is indeed
empty. If the device is fully charged, wait until its internal battery is

empty again. Then, place the device back on the Qi-charging surface to charge.
The power bank is not
charging.| The power bank may not be properly
connected.| Check that it is connected.
A connected device is not
charging.| The battery is drained.| Charge the battery.
A connected device is not
charging| The device is not connected.| Check that it is connected. Short- press the switch to begin the charging process.
Wireless charging did not start.| The device to be charged is not placed at the Centre of the Qi-mark.| Make sure the device to be charged is in the correct position, at the center of the Qi charging surface of the power bank.
Make sure that there are no other objects on the charging pad.
Remove your device’s protective case as it may be blocking the wireless signal.

Warranty statement

All electrical and electronic products commercialized by Prozis via www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final consumers. This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a 3-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 3-year period is suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consumable components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, please contact Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance information are also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.

EXCLUSIONS

The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
  2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of surface damage only affect the product’s appearance.
  3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply with user manual instructions.
  4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
  5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
  6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
  7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its components, or from product misuse.
  8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or design of the product.
  9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation, or commerce.
  10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in force, or with user manual instructions.

The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or fix any fault or malfunction resulting from the verification of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to payment of labor, transport, and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers that have been removed, damaged, tampered with, or modified in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.
