Ambient Light Sensor & Proximity Sensor
The ambient light sensor and proximity sensor of this device are hidden on the right side of the receiver. To ensure the sensors function well, please keep them away from any dust, grease or light-proof film. Using a third-party screen protector may cause the sensors to block alert or lock screens nonresponsive to incoming calls, so you need to cut the film to expose the sensors.

Wireless devices rated M3 or M4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to generate less interference to hearing devices than wireless devices that are not labeled. M4 Is the better or higher of the two ratings.
Hearing devices may also be measured for immunity to this type of interference. Your hearing device manufacturer or hearing health professional may help you find results for your hearing device. The more immune your hearing aid is, the less likely you are to experience interference noise from wireless devices.
