Safety instructions
WARNING
- Only use the product as described in this manual.
- Keep the product out of reach from children, infirm persons or animals.
- Place the product on a stable and flat surface.
- Do not unplug the power supply by pulling on the cable. Always grasp the plug and pull.
- Do not use the product if a part is damaged or defective. Replace a damaged or defective device immediately.
- Do not leave the product unattended when switched on.
- Make sure that the electrical supply in your area matches a voltage of 220 – 240 VAC and a frequency of 50 Hz.
- The product is intended for indoor use only.
- Do not expose the product to water or moisture.
- Disconnect the product from the power outlet if a problem occurs.
- This product may only be serviced by a qualified technician for maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Connect to a grounded outlet only.
- Do not plug or unplug the power supply with wet hands.
- Unroll the power cable before each use.
- Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not properly fitted.
- Unplug the product when not in use and before cleaning.
Using the product
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Clean all parts that come in contact with food before use.
3. Insert the plug into a power outlet.
4. Place a glass under the spout A 5.
5. Cut the citrus fruit you want to press in half.
- For smaller citrus fruits, such as lemons:
6. Place the small cone A 2 on the product.
7. Place one half of the fruit on A 2.
8. Press down on the fruit with your hand.
- The product switches on and starts pressing the fruit.
9. Release to stop pressing.
- For bigger citrus fruits, such as oranges:
10. Place the large cone A 1 on A 2.
11. Place one half of the fruit on A 1.
12. Press down on the fruit using the handle A 7.
- The product switches on and starts pressing the fruit.
13. Release A 7 to stop pressing.
- Press for 15 seconds, then release for 15 seconds. After pressing 10 times, switch off the appliance for 30 minutes to allow it to it cool down.
- Empty A 3 regularly to avoid blockage.
Maintenance
Cleaning the product
- Always disconnect the product from the power outlet when cleaning or moving the product.
- Do not immerse the product in water.
- Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
- Clean the product after each use.
- Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- A 12345 can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
- Let all parts dry completely before reassembling the product.
