This document is the user manual and contains all the information for correct, efficient and safe use of the product.
This user manual is addressed to the end user. Read this information carefully before installing or using the product.

Product description
Intended use
The Nedis KAHB400CAL is a hand blender.
With the different accessories and speeds, this product can easily blend and mix soups, sauces and smoothies.
This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
The product is intended for use in household environments for typical housekeeping functions that may also be used by non-expert users for typical housekeeping functions, such as: shops, offices other similar working environments, farm houses, by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments and/or in bed and breakfast type environments.
The product is intended for indoor use only.
The product is not intended for professional use.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Installation

Before first use
- Before using the product for the first time, thoroughly clean all parts that come in contact with food.

Use
- Using the product
- Disconnect the product from the power source before service and when replacing parts.
- Be careful when you pour hot liquid into the bowl or cup as it can be ejected out of the product due to a sudden steaming.
- Using the blender A 5
- The blender accessory is intended to be used for blending fluids, mixing soft ingredients or mashing cooked ingredients.
1. Put the ingredients in the cup A 6.
- Do not overfill, fill to maximum 50% to prevent overflowing.
- To prevent skin burns the ingredients must not be hotter than 80 °C.
2. Align the pins of A 5 to the notches in A 4.
3. Push A 5 onto A 4.
4. Twist A 5 clockwise to lock it in place.
5. Connect the product to a power outlet.
6. Immerse the blade in the ingredients.
7. Use the speed control (0-5) A 1 to set the speed.
- The speed also can be adjusted while the product is switched on.
8. Press and hold the power switch A 2 to switch on the product.
9. Move the product up and down in circles to blend the ingredients.
- Release the power switch after 30 seconds of continuous use. Use the product max. 5 times in a row. After 5 consecutive uses, allow the product to cool down to room temperature to avoid overheating.
Using the whisk A 7
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all body parts away from openings and moving parts.
1. Put the ingredients in a plastic or metal bowl.
2. Align the pins of A 7 to the notches in A 4.
3. Push A 7 onto A 4.
4. Twist A 7 clockwise to lock it in place.
5. Connect the product to a power outlet.
6. Use the speed control (0-5) A 1 to set the speed.
- The speed also can be adjusted while the product is switched on.
7. Press and hold the power switch A 2 to switch on the product.
- Release the power switch after 2 minutes of continuous use. After 2 minutes of continuous use, allow the product to cool down to room temperature to avoid overheating.
Using the chopper A 89q
- Be careful when handling the blades.
- Cut large foods into smaller pieces before processing.
1. Put the chopping blade A 9 into the chopper bowl A10.
2. Put the ingredients into A10.
3. Put the chopper lid A 8 onto A10.
4. Align the pins of A 8 to the notches in A 4.
5. Push A 8 onto A 4.
6. Twist A 8 clockwise to lock it in place.
7. Connect the product to a power outlet.
8. Use the speed control (0-5) A 1 to set the speed.
- The speed also can be adjusted while the product is switched on.
9. Press and hold the power switch A 2 to switch on the product.
- Release the power switch after 30 seconds of continuous use. Use the product max. 3 times in a row. After 3 consecutive uses, allow the product to cool down to room temperature to avoid overheating
- When removing the processed food remove the blades before emptying the bowl.

- Disconnect the product from the power source before service and when replacing parts.

- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
- Do not attempt to repair the product. If the product does not operate correctly, replace it with a new product.
