The Nedis KAHM100CWT is a hand mixer.
The Nedis KAHM110CWT is a hand mixer with rotating bowl.
The product is intended for indoor use only.
The product is not intended for professional use.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
The product is intended for use in household environments for typical housekeeping functions that may also be used by non-expert users for typical housekeeping functions, such as: shops, offices other similar working environments, farm houses, by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments and/or in bed and breakfast type environments.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Installation
- Check the contents of the package
- Check that all parts are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.
Use
Using the product
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Clean all parts that come in contact with food before use.
3. Press the mixer A 4 onto the cradle A 8.*
4. Press the tilt button A w to tilt A 4 and A 8 upwards.*
5. Insert the dough hooks A 5 or whisks A 6 into A 4 until they click into place. Align the metal collar into the larger opening.
6. Switch the speed control A 2 to 0.
7. Plug the power cable A 7 into a power outlet.
8. Immerse A 5 or A 6 in the ingredients.
9. Use A 2 to set the speed.
- A 9 rotates when A 4 is mounted in A 8 and switched on.
10. Press and hold the turbo button A 1 to temporarily set the speed to maximum (5).

Speed control
- The hand mixer has five mixing speeds.
- To begin mixing, set the speed control on the lowest speed and then move to a higher speed as needed.

To blend in flour/dry ingredients and liquids for butters and cookie dough; to stir nuts, chips raisins into heavy cookie dough like oatmeal and chocolate chip.

To mix thin butters such as muffins, waffles, pancakes and quick breads; to prepare sauces, puddings.

|
To cream butter and sugar; to beat eggs into butters and cookie dough; to prepare cake mixes specifying medium speed; to mix cake butters and frostings.

Speed 4
|
To beat whole eggs, frozen desserts; to mix light butters like popovers.
High

Speed 5
|
To whip cream, beat egg whites, mash potatoes and other vegetables like turnips and squash.
Removing the hooks
1. Switch the speed control A 2 to 0.
2. Eject A 5 or A 6.
3. Push A w and raise A 8 upwards.*
4. Hold the shafts of A 5 or A 6 and press the eject button A 3 to release.
5. To remove A 4, hold A 8 with one hand and carefully pull A 4 upwards.*

Maintenance
- Before cleaning and maintenance, switch off the product and disconnect the power.
- Do not immerse the product in water.
- Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
- Clean the product after each use.
1. Unplug the product from the power outlet.
2. Remove food residue with a paper towel.
3. Clean the mixing bowl A 9, A 5 and A 6 with warm water and a mild detergent.
4. Clean the stand A10 with a damp cloth.
5. Dry with a soft cloth.
- Let all parts dry completely before reassembling the product.
- Disconnect the product from the power source before service and when replacing parts.
- A 5 and A 6 can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.
