This document is the user manual and contains all the information for correct, efficient and safe use of the product.
This user manual is addressed to the end user. Read this information carefully before installing or using the product.

Intended use
The Nedis HPDB200BK is a pair of wireless Over-Ear headphones.
It can receive FM and DAB radio frequencies or connect to an audio source via Bluetooth.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Installation
- Check the contents of the package
- Check that all parts from the parts list are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.
Use
Charging the headphones
- Connect the USB cable to the micro USB port 8.
- The status indicator LED 9 on the headphones burns red to indicate the headphones are charging.
- The status indicator LED 9 on the headphones turns green when the headphones are fully charged.
Switching on the headphones
- Switch on the headphones by pressing q.
- The display shows “Welcome to digital radio”.
Switching mode
- While the headphones are switched on, repeatedly press q to switch between DAB, FM tuning or Bluetooth mode.
- The display shows what mode is currently selected.
DAB mode
- In DAB mode, press and hold w to search for available digital radio stations.
- The display shows the search progression in percentages.
- After the search is finished, all available stations will automatically be saved.
- Press 2 or 3 to switch between the saved stations.
- Press 4 to confirm.
FM mode
1. In FM mode, press w. The display shows the current frequency.
2. Press and hold w to search for available FM radio stations.
- After the search is finished, all available stations will automatically be saved.
- Press 2 or 3 to switch between the saved stations.
Bluetooth mode
Pairing the headphones to a Bluetooth audio source
1. While the headphones are switched off, press and hold q to enter pairing mode.
- The display shows “BT Connect”.
2. Enable Bluetooth on the device you want to pair the headphones with.
3. Select “ HPDB200BK ” from the list of available Bluetooth devices on your device.
- The display shows “Connected”.
If the headphones lose connection to the Bluetooth source, they will automatically reconnect when back in range and switched on.
Controlling the volume
- Press 12 to increase the volume.
- Press 13 to decrease the volume.
Controlling the music
- Press 4 to play or pause the music
- Press 2 to skip to the next song.
- Press 4 to go back to the start of the song. Press again to go to the previous song.
Making phone calls
- With the headphones connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth, phone calls will automatically be redirected to the headphones.
- When you receive an incoming phone call, the display shows “Call in” and the phone will ring through the speakers of the headphones.
- To answer an incoming call, press 4. The display shows “Calling”.
- To reject an incoming call, press and hold 4 for 2 seconds.
- To end a call, press 4.
- To cancel an outgoing phone call, press 4.
- To quickly redial the last called number, double press 4.
Settings menu
Press and hold 4 for 2 seconds to enter the settings menu. Here you can adjust the date and time, the display contrast and brightness or perform a factory reset among other options.
Low battery alarm
When the battery is low, an audbile signal will be given through the speakers and the display will show “Low power”.
Switching off the headphones
Press and hold q for 2 seconds to switch off the headphones.
Wired connection
When the batteries of the headphones are drained, you can still listen to your audio source by connecting the headphones directly to the audio source, using the 3.5mm audio cable.
Maintenance
- Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.

Remove the headphones from the list of paired devices on the bluetooth source and follow the instructions in chapter “Pairing the headphones to a Bluetooth audio source”.
Restart both devices and try again.
No sound is coming from the headphones.

The headphones are not paired to the transmitter.

Follow the instructions in chapter “Pairing the headphones to the transmitter”.

The transmitter is not connected to the audio source.

Follow the instructions in chapter “Connecting the transmitter”.

The headphones are too far out of reach from the transmitter.

Move the headphones closer to the transmitter.

The audio source volume is too low/muted.

Raise the volume on the audio source.

The headphones volume is too low/muted.
|
Raise the volume on the headphones with the VOL+ button e.
