This document is the user manual and contains all the information for correct, efficient and safe use of the product.
This user manual is addressed to the end user. Read this information carefully before installing or using the product.

Safety instructions
WARNING
- Only use the product as described in this manual.
- Do not use the product if a part is damaged or defective. Replace a damaged or defective device immediately.
- This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
- Empty and clean the product before and after use to avoid a material build-up that could pose a fire hazard.
- Only vacuum cold ashes from fireplaces, wood/coal stoves, ashtrays and grills. Confirm that ash is cold by scouring it for embers with hot metal tools. Cold ash does not emit any recognizable heat.
- Only vacuum ashes from admissible fuels.
- Do not use for the separation of health-hazardous dusts (classes L, M, H).
- Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, naked flames or heat.
- Do not vacuum objects if they are burning, glowing, ≥ 60 degrees C, flammable, sharp-edged, moist or liquid.
- Do not immerse the product in water.
- Do not unplug the product by pulling on the cable. Always grasp the plug and pull.
- Do not use the power cable to carry the device.
- Do not pull the power cable over sharp edges.
- Do not put any objects into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked. Keep free of dust, lint hair etc.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner without dust container or filter in place.
- Do not vacuum soot, flour or cement etc.
- Avoid touching the surface of the furniture with the nozzle/brush.
Installation
- Check the contents of the package
- Check that all parts from the parts list are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.
Use
- Make sure the filter is connected to the container lid.
1. Fasten the container lid 2 to the container 7 with the lock buckles 8.
2. Insert the hose 9 into the suction hole 3 until it snaps in position.
3. Firmly attach the desired nozzle q or accessory w to the end of the hose 8.
4. Unwind the power cable 4 and plug it into a power outlet.
5. Use the power switch 5 to turn on the device.
6. Use the power switch 5 to turn off the device.
7. Unplug the power cable 4 from the power outlet and wind it up.

Maintenance
- Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
1. Remove the hose 9 from the container lid 2.
2. Open the lock buckles 8.
3. Take the container lid 2 off the container 7.
4. Empty the container 7.
5. Remove the filter 6 from the container lid 2.
6. Rinse the filter 6 with clean water.
7. Dry the filter 6 with a clean and dry cloth or brush.
8. Snap the filter 6 back on the container lid 2.
9. Fasten the container lid 2 to the container 7 with the lock buckles 8.
10. Insert the hose 9 into the suction hole 3 until it snaps in position.
