Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This appliance must not be used by children. Keep the device and its supply cord out of reach of children. The device may be used by persons with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge only if they are under supervision or they have been instructed about using the appliance safely and understand the potential dangers. Children must not play with the appliance.
- Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, which move during operation, before assembly and disassembly, before cleaning or maintenance, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the power cord from the power socket!
- Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).
- Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.
- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use.
- Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
- To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.
- Pay careful attention to the following “Special Safety Instructions for this unit“.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS UNIT
- Connect and operate the appliance only in accordance with the specifications on the rating label.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning.
- Under no circumstances must the appliance machine be placed in water or other liquids.
- Test the appliance and the cable regularly for damage. If there is damage of any kind, the appliance should not be used. Take care to ensure that the cables do not hang down.
- Do not place on hot surface, or in the direct proximity of open gas flames.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended (even for a short time) whilst it is plugged into the mains supply.
- Use only original accessories supplied.
- Keep fingers, long hair, clothing and utensils away form moving parts.
- Care must be taken not to touch the blade when using the chopping bowl set.
- The applinace must only be used as intended in a accordance with this enclosed operating instructions.
- Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the mains supply whenever is not in use.
- When mixing warm liquid, be particularly careful as a projection of warm liquid could cause serious burns.
- Never use several accessories simultaneously.
- The hand mixer is designed for short-time operation of maximal 5 minutes.
- Be careful when pouring hot liquid into the food processing device or the mixer because it may spurt out of the appliance because of sudden boil.
- In case you are going to process hot liquid (mixing a hot soup with vegetables etc.), be careful because it may spurt out of the container because of sudden boil.
IMPORTANT
The appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Please note the maximum continuous usage time. (5 minutes is the maximum usage time) Each break should last for +/- 5 minutes. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Fitting wire beater/dough hooks.
One of the beaters/dough hooks is equipped with the ring. Insert the beater/dough hook with the ring into the opening with mark. If you put to into the other opening, appliance will not work right. Insert the next beater/dough hook into the second opening.
USE THA HAND MIXER
- Insert the beaters or dough hooks according the instruction „Fitting wire beater / dough hooks“ (Fig.1).
- Plug in the appliance.
- Depending on the quantity to be prepared. Place the ingredients in an appropriate container.
- Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by press the ON/OFF key P1 and set the speed. (Fig.2)
- For maximum speed press and hold TUBRO knob.
- When you have finished using it, press the ON/OFF knob to positoon „0“, to switch the mixer off.
- Unplug the appliance.
- Eject the beaters or dough hooks by pushing the eject handle. (Fig.4)
USE THA HAND MIXER WITH BOWL
- Place the bowl in the stand. (Fig.5)
- Insert the beaters or dough hooks according the instruction „Fitting wire beater / dough hooks“.
- Mount the main unit onto the bracket. (Fig.6)
- Insert the bowl cover until it is locked in place. (Fig.7)
- Plunge the beaters or hooks into the bowl by press the Stand knob P8.
- Start the appliance by turning the control knob P1 to the right in position “1” ~ “5”. (Fig.8)
- Take out the main unit. Please press the bracket button P9 (Fig.9).
- When turn the bracket ,you must be press stand button P8 (Fig.10).
USE THE BLENDER
- Turning the stick into the housing until it is locked. (Fig11).
- The container must be not more than 2/3 full to prevent over flowing. High of approximately 18 cm, inner diameter of approximately 11 cm.
- Turn control knob to blender , on left side from 0 and press Tubro knob P10 (Fig12).
- The preparation must at least cover the bottom of the mixer attachment to guarantee effective mixing.
- The mixer attachment must never be inserted into or removed from a preparation while it is operating.
- Never use the mixer attachment with hard food such as: coffee beans, ice cubes, sugar, cereals, chocolate, etc.
- For safety reasons, the hand-mixer detects the presence of accessories on the rear outlet.
- During use, keep hold of the turbo knob. If you release it, it will automatically. Return the appliance is stop.
OPERATING THE MIXER
- Fully unwind the mains lead and plug the power plug into a socket.
- Press the control knob P1.
- Choose the speed 1 – 5 by knob P1.
- For maximum speed press TURBO knob P10.
- Press the ON/OFF to position „0“ to switch the mixer off.
CAUTION
- After 5 minutes of continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.
- Do not operate more than 5 minutes at one time.
- When use the stick. Do not operate more than 1 minutes at one time and Place it in water or in other liquid. but do not place housing in water.
- When you take out the stick from the housing, Please reset the control knob to position “0”.
Hint: To avoid excessive spattering and flour dusting, lower the wire beaters of dough hooks fully into the ingredients that are to be processed before turning the mixer ON, and turn it OFF before removing. Start at the lowest setting, to prevent the dry ingredients from dusting and liquids from spattering. You can vary the speed settings wile the hand mixer is in use. We recommend the user of a higher setting for heavier dough.
STANDARD VALUES FOR SPEED SELECTION
- To knead dough or to start beating ingredients, to mix dry ingredients, to fold in or blend in ingredients, or when a low speed setting is necessary.
- To mix liquid ingredients or when adding liquids to dry ingredients, particularly suited for bead dough.
- For the alternate addition of dry and liquid ingredients, to mixer packaged cake mixes or when a medium speed setting is necessary, for example to beat whipped butter and sugar icings.
- To a light, fluffy consistency, for example sugar icing, to whip mashed potatoes.
- To whip cream, to whip egg-whites, or when a high speed setting is necessary.
EXAMPLES FOR APPLICATION
For batters – Beaten egg whites, whipped cream, creams, curd cheese
desserts, mayonnaise. For mixing gravies and pudding mix.
Speed: setting1-5
Dough hooks – For yeast doughs or short pastries as well as potato doughs for making dumplings and potato fritters. Speed: setting 1-3
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the appliance.
- Press the EJECT key P2 and remove the attachments to clean.
- Rinse the wire beater and dough hooks with water and washing-up liquid.
- The attachments and bowl are also dishwasher safe.
- On completion of using your appliance it is strongly recommended that you clean the accessories immediately. This will remove any clinging food from the accessories. Preventing bath drying out of the residue food. Make cleaning easier, and the possibility of bacterial growth.
- The hand mixer and stand wipe off the casing with a damp cloth.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The device is not working
- Check that the mains connection cable is firmly plugged in.
- Check the positions of the switches.
- Hooks are blocked – Add liquids, – If necessary replace the dough hook/wire beater,
- Choose a higher speed setting.
