How to Install?

Take Out the Accessories

1. take off the green basin
2. take out all the accessories
3. put the green basin back

Install the Grow Light

1. install the lampbracket
2. install 30cm holder

install the lamp
connect two light holders tightly if need it

Connect the Power Supply Cord

1. adapter cord
2. grow basin cord (do not remove the cover)

Insert the Water Floater

Remark

1. It is recommended to install a 30cm holder in the early stage of growth; then change to 50cm,60cm and 80cm according to plant growth. NO OVER 80CMhe red stick shows the water level, ups to the top–full water and stop filling water; downs to lowest–waterless and add water.
2. Please note that due to the flexibility of the ABS material and the weight of the lamp, it is normal that there will be a little shaking during installation.
3. If the plant is too high, you can insert the rope to support the growth of the plant.

How to Plant?

1. Put the seeds into 5 holes of grow sponges
2. Add 6.5L water&nutrient from water hole
3. Plug in The power & set grow mode

How to Set?

touch the dimmer button to adjust lighting dimmer

Some advices of Plant Growth

• Normally, one pack of solid fertilizer can be mixed with about 6L of water.
• Please increased to 2 packs of fertilizer on flowering and fruiting stage.
• Please set the pump to work in 24-hour mode if the temperature exceeds 30°C.

Max 80cm(50+30cm)can be connected only NO OVER 80CM, and the connecting cord is 90cm.

How to Clean the Pump Thoroughly? (Need Screwdriver)

1. remove the pump from the hydroponic system
2. take off the pump from the outside cover
3. disassemble the parts of the pump as pictures,clean them well and combine them

Notes :

1. The pump will be blocked by the substrate in the fertilizer and stop working sometimes. It’s advised to clean the units especially the pump thoroughly after harvest.
2. If there is too much scale, please put the pump into hot water with vinegar for several hours.

How to deal with the beeping if only want to remind to add water by the floater?

1. loosen the screws
2. remove the cover
3. remove the componect by the sharp plier

Tips for Great Harvest

1. Many planting mediums can be used for our hydroponics system such as vermiculite, clay pellets, grow sponges. Recommend grow sponges and you can buy from us if needing.
2. Please dig a small hole for seeds if the seeds if big like the bean, cucumber, and downward the bud embryo. As for the small seeds put on the five holes surface will be fine.
3. Please use 30cm light holders when starting new seed pods, and change to 50cm/60cm or 80 cm holders regularly as they grow. Maintain about 4-6 inches of space between your light hood and the plants, trimming the taller plants and keep them from touching the grow light and getting too hot.
4. We do not recommend mixing fruiting vegetable seeds in your garden with any other plant variety seeds. If mixing different plant varieties, prune the fast- er-growing plants from the top so you can keep your light hood as low as possible for as long as possible.
5. Please prune the plants regularly as they grow. Pruning promotes greater health, larger harvests and more beautiful plants. For leafy varieties, prune immediately above the joint of a new leaf set. And pruning/trimming side leaves will keep plants from blocking the light from their neighboring plant.
6. You can keep multiple plants in one pod when you plant small veggies like mints, basil. When you plant large plants like tomatoes, cucumbers, please remove the weak plants and keep the strongest ones when the plants grow to about 5cm. The large plants need to provide enough growth space.
7. If the temperature is too high over 30°C,it is recommended to keep only two plants or even one in a system, because the oxygen content in the water will increase and decrease with the increase of temperature, which will affect the growth of plants. Meanwhile, please set the pump 24h working time to offer more oxygen.
8. Please clean the system especially water pump before new planting. The substrate in the fertilizer will stick to the water pump, and the water pump will be blocked and stop working.

How to Grow Climbing Plants

This unit could be used to grow tall climbing plants
When plants grow higher than 1st layer of light(about 12 inches) please add climbing trellis and another layer of light.You can also use the assist grow line if necessary. When plants grow taller, you could circle and put down the vine around the climbing trellis, similiar like the picture shows, so that the plants could always grow under light. If you put it where could get a little bit of sunshine like close to the window, it could grow better. Meanwhile, please pick it as soon as possible when the fruit is ripe, so that it could get more fruit.

Note : the unit can not use for climping tomatoes which need larger and higher grow space, and it’s okay for short tomatoes.
If grow cucumbers, recommend fruit cucumbers, which is not big in size, and could get rich harvest.

Attention and Maintain

1. It’s normal that the light base and holder are made of ABS with flexibility which makes it a little shake.
2. Please note that the light holder can be connected up to 80cm(30+50cm) only, and the connecting cord is 90cm.
3. Pump stop working: clean the unit and pump after harvest otherwise the pump will be blocked and stop working.
4. Water leakage: check the cover of the end of the unit and fix the waterproof ring well.
5. The reminder is not waterproof. If you use it outdoors, you must cover the reminder to prevent damage to the machine.
6. Pay attention to prevent children or pets from approaching alone, be careful of the power shock.
7. Keep away from direct source of heat like stove or cold draft during winter.
8. Please note that ideal temperature for the plants to grow is 16-26°C, so please move units to cooler place of the house during Summer,and move to a warmer position during chill Winter. The grow light provide lighting only but not heat.
